This place is a joke. When the truck was rented to me, the attendant claimed it was at 3/4. Upon getting in the truck I realized it was actually only at 5/8. I let her know and he was supposed to adjust it in the system. I returned the truck that evening with 5/8 fuel in the tank. And took pictures to prove mileage and fuel, just in case anything were to happen. Wouldn't you know it, Dale's Wright Auto tried to charge me $12 for fuel. I spoke with Kris, told her I had pictures and even emailed her copies. She was supposed to call me the next day, but of course never did. It took multiple ignored phone calls and several minutes on hold until I was finally able to speak with Kris then she started laughing and condescendingly called me, "honey." How's that for customer service? She also apparently doesn't know how to read a time stamp on a photo showing my fuel level and mileage at the time of return. I will now just dispute the whole charge. I'll save my time and energy and go to Enterprise next time where they actually care about the customers.

This was my first time renting a UHaul and a more thorough explanation of everything would have been helpful. The employee that assisted me did the best he could and was friendly, but stated several times to both me and the people that he assisted before me that he had only been working there a few days and wasn't sure how the process worked. The employee had to call someone else to walk him through the process on the computer. By the time I left, it was more than half an hour past my reservation time despite checking in online before arriving at the location 10 minutes prior to my reservation time and was feeling somewhat uneasy about the accuracy of my order and didn't have clear directions about the return process. He didn't know what documents I was supposed to get and which papers he was supposed to keep. I think it would be helpful for all employees at the location to receive training on how to assist Uhaul customers if they are going to be the only person in the building.

I had originally booked the trailer from a different location but my email text sent me here. The explanation I was given made perfect sense (inventory availability) but it did cause some confusion. Other than that, my experience was excellent.

there was no place to park the uhaul when i went to drop it off and if i had been a customer trying to park and come into the store there wouldn't have been any parking open. I had a hard time pulling in as there was a truck parked in the driveway when i went to pull in, i tried to call 3 diff times and no one picked up so i could ask a question and let them know i was on my way. the store ws crammed with stuff.

I didn't get the panel truck I reserved. I got a van which made the move much harder with a king sized bed and refrigerator. It was very frustrating.

I tried to reserve a van at location #1 but I did if from my iPhone and it kept telling me that my passwords wern't matching during the setup. Then, when I tried from my computer, it said the same thing. I found out that I was using a "$" in my password and it was causing an error. This caused my first reservation to be unavailable. I then reserved a van at location #2. Once I started the process to pickup the van, the process sent me to location #3. The self pickup situation was horrible. I had a temporary license, which is out of my control, and you would not accept it. I had my order canceled. I had to call in and have a manager approve it. It took over an hour for the entire process.

The tie down straps they gave us for the vehicle transport were too small and thank goodness I had bought some ratchet straps a couple days before since we moved on Memorial Day. I told them we had a Wrangler with stock tires but they gave us straps for a small sedan. The did not even go all the way over the tire. They also gave us the smallest junkiest vehicle transport they had for the Jeep Wrangler we were pulling. My husband asked for a bigger one and he said no. I will NEVER pull a vehicle with UHAUL again.

I made my reservation requesting a specific location. My location was changed and I didn't notice on the confirmation email. The email said I would get a phone call, which I did not receive, so I didn't carefully read the email. I went to my originally reserved location and they didn't know who I was. I was able to get to the other location and the gentleman that helped me there was fantastic. In the future if I need a U-Haul I will be reserving vehicles at the Euclid location even though the 63rd Street location is only a short distance from my house. The process at Euclid was much cleaner and the employees were significantly more courteous and helpful.

This location does not have the real estate to be a U-Haul location. The parking lot was barely big enough for the cars there being serviced, let alone for the people who were entering and leaving with Uhaul trucks and trailers. It also was unconventional to store their stock of trucks and trailers on the other side of a relatively busy street. that cut into my time spent at this location quite a bit.
