The only real issue we had in Iowa most uhaul places were in town only. We were from out of state. Trying to get a uhaul to pick up something and go home. Very difficult to get one..paul H.

This location was more of an auto repair shop than a Uhaul rental place. When I dropped the truck off the rep told me to just leave it and they'd check it in later and send me a receipt via email. When I received the receipt I found out that they charged me $7.50 for gas. I was told at the time of pick up in Moline and on my contract that I needed to return the truck with only 1/4 of a tank of gas and when I returned it the gas gauge indicated that it was slightly more than 1/4 full. I should not have been charged any additional amount for gas and especially since the rep wouldn't even get up out of her chair to check the gas gauge, mileage, truck condition, etc while I was there in person and after all the BS I had to go through at the time of pick up and the fact that I had to take a 10' truck rather than a 15' truck and not be able to move everything that I had originally intended to. This was a bad experience at the start and finish. As a result, Uhaul will no longer be my first choice when it comes to renting a truck or trailer.Jay K.

I was not able to get the truck inspected to make certain there were no issues wheb I dropped it off. It was the next day, today, before I got the results of their inspection. Personnel said they had to disinfect the trucki before they could check it out.Steve B.

Was given the wrong keys in the lock box to a smaller truck and the work I had planned was not done as I had large items to move. The truck was on empty and was obviously not ready to rent. I guess I will have to use Penske next month.David C.

The Uhaul on Douglas Employees were accommodating but understaffed, truck was old & beat up, the reservation we made was not recorded for the right day. The Uhaul on Euclid was better staffed & friendlier.bob K.

The employees were over the top wonderful, friendly and helpful! The equipment was old and straps were not safe. During our 4 hour trip, we had to stop every 60 minutes to tighten them. We checked them after 45 minutes and the left side was completely lose. Very disappointed with the equipment.Berinthia D.

My afternoon started at Uhaul on SE 14th, I will NOT rent or go to that location Again. The customer service is less than adequate there and neither of the gals behind the counter gave two hoots if I was there to spend money or not. One appeared to be strung out. Dale Wright Tire and Auto TOP NOTCH!! These folks were friendly, and had me out the door with what I needed in minuets! I will go to them for ALL my Uhaul needs even though I live on the South Side.HOWARD L.
I need the truck because of an unforeseen problem. When I received my receipt by email it showed 2 transactions but my bank showed 3. Tried to call but no answer. Went to the store but already closed. That was almost 40 bucks that I was going to use this weekend with my family. Will never recommend U-HaulChris C.

The customer service I received was very poor indeed because of such experienced will not refer anyone . The the and the guy who work at particular location threw my shirt in the trash that we left in the uhaul. I forgot about it and return retrieve my property it found in the dumpster . At first when I approached the lady half an hour after I dropped the truck me that she didn't get or find my item. Uhaul services should include at a lost and find item for a day because ppl forget about things but trash it immediately one come across these item that are behind in your propertyNATHAN B.
