I would NOT recommend your company at all! The entire experience was the worst! Starting with your app that doesn’t work at all then getting on with customer service who insists that I was lying and nothing is wrong with your app. Just horrible horrible horrible I would never ever go through that experience again. Your customer service should realize the only reason they have a job is because of customers and stop criticizing them for not being able to use your horrible horrible app! It doesn’t work! Did I say it was a horrible experience???
KAREN MThe only issue here is that this is really an app only pick-up location and the uhaul app is pretty buggy. The past few months its been buggier than it had been a year ago, and it makes pick-ups frustrating.
MICHAEL DThis is my 2nd time at this Exxon. The first time, there was no issue, same gentlemen behind the register. When I went to return the u-haul, the u-haul owner, or someone who appeared to own it took care of the return process. This is my 2nd time, he was not here, so I was following the u-haul return prompts via the app. When the gentlemen inside told me to take a video, I misunderstood and followed the u-haul apps step by step that it was prompting me for. After I finished the app’s process and started making my way in, the Exxon employee behind the registered seemed upset with me that I did not return inside right away with a video. Upset that I didn’t show him the mileage and came across annoyed? Aggressive? Done with idiots? Type of energy that I personally don’t plan to come to this u-haul drop off location anymore.
