The gas was more than quarter tank low. Did not notice until we were gone. No pretrip was done. Ended up having to fill it up so we wouldn't be charged.

Clerk did not know how to fill out paperwork. Had to go to another location for the paperwork then back to the original store to pick up dolly. Everyone very polite. Just a slight inconvenience.

Attendant did little to assist us, asked for a name and phone number on the back of our paperwork. Other person there needed assistance with a drop hitch adapter and attendant did nothing to find him one. Just not very professional in my opnion.

I reserved a 4x8 trailer for my move, but there were only (two) 5x8 trailers in the lot when I went to pick up. I had to pay more than I was quoted for a larger size I didn’t need. I was also hoping to buy a few packing supplies, but the shelf was empty. This was the second time I had to pick up a u haul from a gas station and they are always so sketchy

I still have a pending charge on my debit card for $60.22 I paid for the truck, I was overcharged for the fuel, the station was closing when I pulled up and was unable to put the gas. I was given a quote of $44 I was charged a hundred and I still have $60 pending on my card I feel this is unacceptable and wants to know what can be done about it

I had to hook up, my own trailer, nobody inspected my truck equipment or hookup, I had to do the same thing when I returned equipment. I've used uhaul for years and this is the first time ever I felt that nobody cared about my safety or others commuting on our city streets.

Truck wasn’t at location when I arrived. Gas station attendant tried to charge me more for the truck they had there. I had to call customer service to get her to give me the truck at my agreed upon price.

The girl at the facility didn't want to review my rental with me? She said I would receive a email with the charges. I drove the vehicle less than 16 miles, I put fuel in the vehicle upon return at the level I rented it at, and was charged $23.45 for fuel service? You need to issue me a credit for this amount. Please advise

The worker at the gas station would not give me the key to the truck. He made me drive to another gas station and talk to someone there and then I was sent back because the guy at the other gas station said everything was good to go and he still wouldn’t give me the key. Do not give the keys to the cashier, he didn’t even understand that I could register online. Just put the key in the box so people can pick it up. He wouldn’t give me the key until he called his friend on the phone again. The pick up was perfect and then he made me take another 30 minutes after I completed everything except getting the key. Would have taken 5 minutes.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with U-Haul. They didn’t know how to do the process. I completed the on-line check in process and still was at this place for about 45 minuets. They charged me for things I didn’t even have. Not good experience. I will never use that location again

I DO NOT recommend this location. The employee working at the time didn't know what to do when I arrived to pick up my U-Haul trailer. He had to call someone who didn't answer his phone for a while. Then, the man on the phone asked me for all of my information again that I had already entered when I made the reservation. I was very worried I was going to be charged twice. He said I would receive a conformation email, which I never did. When all of the confusion about the reservation was resolved, the employee at the store didn't know the first thing about hooking up the trailer, how to open the back so I could make sure I was receiving a clean, undamaged trailer, or how to tell me if the lights were working properly after I hooked the trailer up myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

This was by far, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhual. I highly recommend any and all customers staying away from using this drop off location. The staff did not know what to do once I arrived. They were not trained on how to disconnnect the trailer from my vehicle or didn’t know how to assist me with trying to disconnect the trailers. Not helpful at all. The owner cane later into the picture and was unprofessional and yelled at me and my family. Things escalated to the point where I had to call the cops to come and assist with the altercation between the owner, my family and I. This place should not be allowed to be part of the uhaul family and company. They are giving your brand reputation a poor name and rating in my eyes. It took about an hour to get someone to locate our reservation. We called three different customer reservation specialist to help locate my reservation number, a lady was finally able to help us make our way through the system and process. She recorded everything over the phone that she could hear the owner yelling. She even helped us get roadside assistance to eventually after two and a half hours/three hours of sitting in the parking lot of the drop off location where everything went poorly with the gas station/owner. We eventually were able to leave, unhitched from the car and trailer and we’re able to drive off and continue with our evening. This has really put a bad taste in my mouth and I’m sure my families

They had me sign paperwork at one location and pick up the trailer at another. Neither was the one I picked and were very inconvenient. The agent at the first location spoke poor English and at the second was nearly illiterate. He did not help get the trailer and hook it up. The trailer was filthy inside with trash, dirt and oil on the floor. I had to clean it and it still soiled my belongings. I will never recommend or use Uhaul again due to this atrocious service.

the person checking out the trailer did not have the training to know what he was doing, along with him being the only one at the store. it took over an hour and a half to process the paper work and get the trailer. Very un organized and under trained location, will avoid this location, the next time I need to rent any U-Haul trailers.

Worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I had to wait at the location for 20 minutes until some one could get there to assist me. Then they asked me to move the trailer three different times in their parking lot. I finally had to tell him I could not move it again. He kicked the trailer and went into the store leaving me to disconnect the trailer myself. I have used Uhaul several times the last two years and have never received such poor service and have been treated so unprofessional. I would appreciate if someone from Uhaul could contact me concerning this experience.

The reps did not speak so good English. This made it difficult to speak to them and get them to understand you and you understand them. Also had to argue with the guy we dropped the truck off with. He asked if we refilled with gas 3 or 4 times after we told him we only went 5 miles.

we ordered an appliance dolly that we did not get and had to drive around to rent one which we ended up getting charged more in mileage because of the failed reservation that I made calling in not just thru the internet.
