I was very disappointed in the customer service. I was moved to 2 different locations and got my vehicle 2 hours late. My phone calls to customer service we’re dropped multiple times and I received little answers. The gas station employee was extremely rude and refused to give us the keys until we talked to his manager. This experience was awful and I will be finding another company to rent a truck from in the future.

NEVER rent a uhaul truck from this spot. I drove a total of 17 miles and they tried charging me 57 miles. They told me it was my fault for "not recording" the mileage before leaving. My bad for trusting uhaul to not rip their customers off. So the rude clerk says he'll call us back after speaking to the owner. Calls us back and says, we decided to only charge you for 20 miles-like he's doing us a favor! Well I'm STILL being overcharged for mileage! Also the truck was still dirty from the movers before. It had clothes, blankets, & books. I will never trust uhaul again after this incident. Highly unethical!

Understaffed, poor communication, I did not receive any paper work, and did not have my equipment and I had to find another available truck. On top of moving being very stressful this location made it worse. Recommend using one of the dealer locations, they know what the doing.

This was the worst experience I had renting a uhaul I was barely late returning the truck and he charged me another full day. I will never shop at this location ever again and I will never recommend it to a friend

They were late. I had to speak with someone over the attendants cell phone, which was audibly difficult, not to mention the language barrier. I was supposed to pick up at 7 am and got out at 8:15 because the one person there couldn’t start the truck and turn on the heat to defrost the glass while we were trying to understand the No Show guy doing the contract.

Located in a gas station. The attendant had no idea how to process my reservation. He tried 4-5 times to contact the owner finally he awnsered, the clerk then handed his dirty cracked phone to me so the owner processed this whole transaction over the phone, who running a business does that?? I thought uhaul had a little more integrity than that! I will not use or recomend this particular business any further, should've went to home depot.

Clerk did not know how to fill out paperwork. Had to go to another location for the paperwork then back to the original store to pick up dolly. Everyone very polite. Just a slight inconvenience.

Attendant did little to assist us, asked for a name and phone number on the back of our paperwork. Other person there needed assistance with a drop hitch adapter and attendant did nothing to find him one. Just not very professional in my opnion.

I reserved a 4x8 trailer for my move, but there were only (two) 5x8 trailers in the lot when I went to pick up. I had to pay more than I was quoted for a larger size I didn’t need. I was also hoping to buy a few packing supplies, but the shelf was empty. This was the second time I had to pick up a u haul from a gas station and they are always so sketchy

I still have a pending charge on my debit card for $60.22 I paid for the truck, I was overcharged for the fuel, the station was closing when I pulled up and was unable to put the gas. I was given a quote of $44 I was charged a hundred and I still have $60 pending on my card I feel this is unacceptable and wants to know what can be done about it

I had to hook up, my own trailer, nobody inspected my truck equipment or hookup, I had to do the same thing when I returned equipment. I've used uhaul for years and this is the first time ever I felt that nobody cared about my safety or others commuting on our city streets.

The girl at the facility didn't want to review my rental with me? She said I would receive a email with the charges. I drove the vehicle less than 16 miles, I put fuel in the vehicle upon return at the level I rented it at, and was charged $23.45 for fuel service? You need to issue me a credit for this amount. Please advise

The worker at the gas station would not give me the key to the truck. He made me drive to another gas station and talk to someone there and then I was sent back because the guy at the other gas station said everything was good to go and he still wouldn’t give me the key. Do not give the keys to the cashier, he didn’t even understand that I could register online. Just put the key in the box so people can pick it up. He wouldn’t give me the key until he called his friend on the phone again. The pick up was perfect and then he made me take another 30 minutes after I completed everything except getting the key. Would have taken 5 minutes.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with U-Haul. They didn’t know how to do the process. I completed the on-line check in process and still was at this place for about 45 minuets. They charged me for things I didn’t even have. Not good experience. I will never use that location again

I DO NOT recommend this location. The employee working at the time didn't know what to do when I arrived to pick up my U-Haul trailer. He had to call someone who didn't answer his phone for a while. Then, the man on the phone asked me for all of my information again that I had already entered when I made the reservation. I was very worried I was going to be charged twice. He said I would receive a conformation email, which I never did. When all of the confusion about the reservation was resolved, the employee at the store didn't know the first thing about hooking up the trailer, how to open the back so I could make sure I was receiving a clean, undamaged trailer, or how to tell me if the lights were working properly after I hooked the trailer up myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

This was by far, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhual. I highly recommend any and all customers staying away from using this drop off location. The staff did not know what to do once I arrived. They were not trained on how to disconnnect the trailer from my vehicle or didn’t know how to assist me with trying to disconnect the trailers. Not helpful at all. The owner cane later into the picture and was unprofessional and yelled at me and my family. Things escalated to the point where I had to call the cops to come and assist with the altercation between the owner, my family and I. This place should not be allowed to be part of the uhaul family and company. They are giving your brand reputation a poor name and rating in my eyes. It took about an hour to get someone to locate our reservation. We called three different customer reservation specialist to help locate my reservation number, a lady was finally able to help us make our way through the system and process. She recorded everything over the phone that she could hear the owner yelling. She even helped us get roadside assistance to eventually after two and a half hours/three hours of sitting in the parking lot of the drop off location where everything went poorly with the gas station/owner. We eventually were able to leave, unhitched from the car and trailer and we’re able to drive off and continue with our evening. This has really put a bad taste in my mouth and I’m sure my families

They had me sign paperwork at one location and pick up the trailer at another. Neither was the one I picked and were very inconvenient. The agent at the first location spoke poor English and at the second was nearly illiterate. He did not help get the trailer and hook it up. The trailer was filthy inside with trash, dirt and oil on the floor. I had to clean it and it still soiled my belongings. I will never recommend or use Uhaul again due to this atrocious service.

the person checking out the trailer did not have the training to know what he was doing, along with him being the only one at the store. it took over an hour and a half to process the paper work and get the trailer. Very un organized and under trained location, will avoid this location, the next time I need to rent any U-Haul trailers.

Worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I had to wait at the location for 20 minutes until some one could get there to assist me. Then they asked me to move the trailer three different times in their parking lot. I finally had to tell him I could not move it again. He kicked the trailer and went into the store leaving me to disconnect the trailer myself. I have used Uhaul several times the last two years and have never received such poor service and have been treated so unprofessional. I would appreciate if someone from Uhaul could contact me concerning this experience.

The reps did not speak so good English. This made it difficult to speak to them and get them to understand you and you understand them. Also had to argue with the guy we dropped the truck off with. He asked if we refilled with gas 3 or 4 times after we told him we only went 5 miles.

Tried to drop off, was told I had to take to second location. Once there the only person working was trying to run a gas station counter and do U-Haul. Very frustrating and took over 45 minutes to be told I was checked back in and had to take truck back to original location. Complete amateur night and very unprofessional

This site should NOT be renting U-Haul. It's just another black eye for U-Haul. And the logistical nightmare of not making sure the reserved car dolly was at the same location as the truck. I get there, they have 1 car dolly, & tell me it's not a 1-way rental dolly after U-Haul told me ti pick it up there. Also, they couldn't do the paperwork there, so I get sent even further away to a Sinclair gas station, and that took almost an hour as the U-Haul computer wouldn't recognize my address, and I just rented a truck 2 weeks ago for the same destination. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

The location is a good place. The inside of truck was bad. The clerk was good the way she serviced me was great, that is why I over looked the condition (I cleared it before I left) I was a little upset because I rent U-haul trucks all the time look at my account. I have noticed here the last 2 years or so that U-Haul is dropping the ball on the maintance and cleanliness of their fleet.. I believe that a convenience store can no way service the trucks. I believe that this is part of the problem. I was in a jam today so that is why I over looked it and the clerk she was good . I think U-haul needs to be careful with the choices they have been making as far as the places or business that they allow to represent the company. Question who is responsible for the locations of placing trucks, does the CEO of U-Haul even care about the health and welfare of thier customers? Great idea to be so convenient but I think you can be convenient and place the fleet in places that are equipped to take care of the product that caries people and everything they have. U-haul is a company that has been around so long and has made money. Don't start getting away from what has keep you in business. Regional managers should go out to locations and make sure that the bussiness is equipped to not only service the customer but also the fleet. I always rent U-Haul and I have always been a loyal customer and want to continue to. Just to be clear not just this location its been the last few years I have noticed that the service and trucks are failing. Thank you for U-haul company hope you are around for many more years.

the lady attendant lacked knowledge and training enough to handle changing reservation from two-way to one-way . . . sent me to another location 76th and PECOS. then that attendant switched it to one-way explaining they were charging for 5 days. I explained we would probably get the trailer delivered in two days possibly one day. He said the final charge would be adjusted after the trailer was delivered so I was under the impression there would be a two-day at the most prorated charge of the 54.95 daily rate quoted at the beginning of my chat with customer service that started at 3:30am Saturday plus 11.?? for insurance . . . so I was expecting the final bill to be between 150 - 200 but now we find out the one way has a totally different rate structure and the final bill is 382.??. knowing all this now, we would have gladly towed the trailer back empty rather than dropping it off one-way and would have only incurred 3 day rental at the daily rate!!!

My pick-up location was different from the address above and paperwork was not done or ready. It didn't seem very professional at all and they couldn't answer any of my questions. They didn't do a walk around or any inspection of the truck before handing the keys over and letting me go. I felt very unimportant and was pushed aside for other people getting lotto.

They had no idea I was coming, made me move the truck twice in their lot, did not reimburse for fuel, and gave no receipt. Abysmal customer service. I’ll never use uhaul again. The drop off location was 20 minutes away from my house, and there are dozens of drop off locations within a mile of my house, one of which is a block away.

The gentleman who helped me was nice. It was a busy time and he kept going back-and-forth checking people out at the cash register at the gas station while I was trying to get checked in with him for the U-Haul rental. I could tell he felt bad but it took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to get checked in, get the keys, and furniture pads even after filling out all of the reservation information online the night before.

I felt like I was going to be robbed. I reserved a 26 footer two weeks in advance and it was rented out even though I reserved it!! Pretty much an oh well you get a 20 foot get over it. Too bad!!! Really?! I took the truck back a day early and was still charged for two. Probably the worst experience with u-haul ever!!! What should have been one trip and done turned into several and I paid for it!!! Why reserve if your going to be screwed anyway?

The floor in the cargo area was covered in grease and was not safe. I had to spend the first day of my rental cleaning it up so no one would easily get hurt or property slide around and get damaged.

Took just a little to long to approve my rental truck it was over and hour to get me on my way....then they forgot my shipping blankets..the truck really needed an extra step to get in and out of truck with both parties having bad knees as well as being short it was very difficult to get in and out..truck was very noisy in the cab had a hard time hearing music, maybe insulated better would be a good so you can hear the music otherwise trip was good

Clerk should give the person he is dealing with his undivided attention to complete the transaction quickly and efficiently rather than dividing his attention to help other customers simultaneously, therefore making me have to wait longer to complete my rental when he kept helping other customers as they entered the store, rather than allowing them to wait their turn.

I had a contract to head to hundred miles so I thought. When I went to the store to pick up my truck person at the gas station did not know anything. I had to call the corporate office and I had to take care of everything. You guys should've paid me. Then when I dropped off my truck you charge me another $50 for mileage. Obviously somewhere when you switched my reservations You made it to your advantage to get more money out of me. I'm very upset and I will never use U-Haul again and I will make sure all my friends and family never use U-Haul. You guys absolutely suck and I'm very pissed off. The customer service agent was rude and was not interested whatsoever of helping me. You guys can go to hell
