Gas tank was left on Empty. I filled the tank unsure of how much I would need and because of that, I paid for far more fuel than I used, which would not have been the case if it had been full to begin with. This is a price gouge as I know the previous renter was charged for leaving it empty and I left it with more than half a tank. Very unhappy.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulJust double check the truck is clean. Other then that super easy access and good spot to park the truck.
Jose VLocation was close to the original pickup point, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Only issue I had was U-Haul overbooked, and I had a different pickup site. Only issue was the employee did not know how to adjust the rear view mirrors. I had to play with them for a few minutes before I figuired out to adjust them. No instructions on the inside of the cab features.
Reginald PThe location I selected when I initially booked the truck was not available for me to drop off. I ended up having to go very far to drop it off. Overall, a really bad experience.
Mason PNo one was there and they misrepresented how much fuel and charged me for two extra miles? Trying to extort me for an extra $53 is bad business.
