Was given keys for the wrong truck size. The truck in my account is not the truck that I was given which made checkout impossible as it made it seem like I had driven 40000+ miles in one day. The truck I was given also had a semi flat tire and I only realized after I had started loading it up. Had to cut moving short to return the truck.
TRENT G.Was confusion on where exactly my truck was at because lady wasn't there when I arrived for my pickup time and having a actual U-Haul dealership block and half away didn't know which place was one to actually get truck at.
Jason G.I wish I would have been warned that it was a mandatory "online pick up" and that it wouldn't work if I tried 15+ minutes after my reservation time. It took me 30 minutes just to figure out what was going on and that there was an app I needed (I'm in my 20s. Apps aren't complicated but I was not aware). Online it says the location is open at 9am but apparently that is only for the uhaul "self pickup" and not the store that people work in. It was very frustrating and we had movers waiting at the house for us. Overall the process took us 55 minutes.
Kevin K.Showed up to location and nobody was at the store to speak to. The truck was missing all of the required equipment I ordered so I needed to go to a different store. Ideal Furniture is not a good pick up location.
