1. The license plate light was not working. Luckily I had no night time driving. 2. I had trouble understanding the clerk speak. He had a difficult accent to understand and I didn’t like asking him to repeat himself. 3. He did try and help throughout our interactions but it would have been better to have easily understood conversation.
