I’m not sure who changed my reservation but it was very unprofessional to call me the day of 30 past my pick up time and change my pick up location and add more miles on my trip. Also there needs to be a specific place to fill the tanks back up instead of between 3/4 and 7/8 that’s ridiculous everyone will always pay more in gas that way it’s terrible how uhaul does there customers

Got ripped off and U-Haul has not fixed it. They said someone would call me within 72 hours or I would get a refund. Neither has happed. They keep customers on perpetual hold expecting us to give up and hang up.

When I arrived the back door was stuck in the up position. I had to work with the salesman to fix. Also there was no walk through to check the vehicle or gas gauge. When I was on the highway the drivers door started to open. The was reported to U-Haul rep and at drop off location. When the vehicle was returned the customer service rep saw the problem. I am shocked that this vehicle was allowed on the rd.

Employees need to understand, how the system works . Fueled up the truck right in front of attendant , the needle didn't move an inch , he charged me $30.00 fueling fee.!! OBVIOUSLY I m disputing those charges.

I think the gas tanks should be full. I do t like having to play at the pump to hit the 3/8 mark. It’s always a win for uhual but really poor costumer service. You pay the last renter a premium to fill up the tank only to have the next renter do the dirty work and probably almost always put in too much gas. Come on man

I have had rentals at this location a few time now, and the lady is always very kind, service is good, only problem in the U-Haul computer system is very slow at times, even when I logon from home. I would and have recommended this location.

Shanika (store manager) stated that I could return the truck to any location which turned out to be false information. This ended up costing me 12 miles extra plus the amount of fuel wasted, and time that I did not have. I should not have to pay for someone else mistakes. I'll never rent from that company again

location and local personnel were excellent. ID verification online was much more convoluted and time consuming than the video on your website made it out to be. That would be the only barrier in recommending to a friend/using your service again.

The guy at the store was very rude.he was being racist and very offensive.he called me names such as terrorists ,motherfucker and etc.he kicked me out of the store even when i didnt do anything.he was a danger to my life.also sexually harrassed my girl friend.when ahe denied to engage in any kind of action he called her a whore.

The attendant was very rude and when questions were asked they were brushed off and answered in a non helpful way. Also stated to us we are to leave the blankets and the dolly outside the store. This we were unaware of and she did not make us aware of this information in a helpful professional way. Also, I called the customer service number for Delray Beach to know where my pick up location was and that woman was very unprofessional and rude as well. I had called asking a question about bringing back the blankets or do I keep them and she brushed me off and gave me an attitude about it instead of pointing me in the right direction. I have used U-Haul before hence why I used it again but this experience was much worse than the last as far as customer service is concerned.

1. Don’t push the insurance. The agent kept saying you have to buy the insurance. I kept saying no I don’t. I have my own. He grudgingly let me not buy the insurance after I provided name! Policy number and contact phone number. ( You don’t have a number for GEICO?) 2. Don’t lie about how full the gas tank is. I drove 18 miles. When I filled the tank it took 5.37 gallons to fill it. (Want me to send you the receipt?) I don’t think the tank was full when I left although the gauge was indicating that.

Provide a bit more information. We did not know that we would be required to provide a secondary phone number. It was pot luck that my husband answered. A smart phone is essential. If you do not have one, you cannot complete the registration process. The $19.95 advertised rental fee is very misleading. No where does it say there will be an additional fee for insurance even if you are already an insured motorist. Additional fees brought my "$19.95" rental to $44 and change. Your truth in advertising could use some work.

when I arrived the clerk was slow and didn't seem to care or appreciate my time or business. They tried to charge me for insurance I had not signed up for. It took her 25 minutes to change the contract. I reserved blankets and dolly's that they would not help me put in the truck. They insisted when I returned that I bring the blankets and dolly's back inside the office, and would not help me. I asked for a receipt when I returned and they would not give me one, said I had to wait for an email receipt. I would not use this location again!!!

Pick-up sites need to be clearly designated as to whether or not the vehicles are at the specific locatiion. (I went to the one indicated on the web site, which turned out to be a beauty supply location, that also handled U-Haul products.
