1. Don’t push the insurance. The agent kept saying you have to buy the insurance. I kept saying no I don’t. I have my own. He grudgingly let me not buy the insurance after I provided name! Policy number and contact phone number. ( You don’t have a number for GEICO?) 2. Don’t lie about how full the gas tank is. I drove 18 miles. When I filled the tank it took 5.37 gallons to fill it. (Want me to send you the receipt?) I don’t think the tank was full when I left although the gauge was indicating that.

Provide a bit more information. We did not know that we would be required to provide a secondary phone number. It was pot luck that my husband answered. A smart phone is essential. If you do not have one, you cannot complete the registration process. The $19.95 advertised rental fee is very misleading. No where does it say there will be an additional fee for insurance even if you are already an insured motorist. Additional fees brought my "$19.95" rental to $44 and change. Your truth in advertising could use some work.

when I arrived the clerk was slow and didn't seem to care or appreciate my time or business. They tried to charge me for insurance I had not signed up for. It took her 25 minutes to change the contract. I reserved blankets and dolly's that they would not help me put in the truck. They insisted when I returned that I bring the blankets and dolly's back inside the office, and would not help me. I asked for a receipt when I returned and they would not give me one, said I had to wait for an email receipt. I would not use this location again!!!

Pick-up sites need to be clearly designated as to whether or not the vehicles are at the specific locatiion. (I went to the one indicated on the web site, which turned out to be a beauty supply location, that also handled U-Haul products.

Arrived at pick up location at 8:50 am, the person who checked me in told me that I needed to wait until 9am to check in. She also showed me a “full tank” of gas. Not true! Truck cabin had a heavy smell of smoke, seat was damp. Called the pick up center, told her about these issues. unfortunately she did not care! Told me to dry it myself.

When I return vehicle, there was no check in or receipt given. When I received email receipt, it had $14 plus tax charge for insurance coverage which I had declined. Sent email to Uhaul on same day (four days ago) and have not received response. Will decline charge if it appears on my credit card.

I’m not sure as to why vendor didn’t check truck for mileage used nor for any damage, where there was none. I’m concerned about final billing since I drove less miles than anticipated .

Joyce was rude. She gave the wrong directions, told me to look them up. Then, she kept me there for 20 minutes accusing me of having a dolly. We even called where I picked up the truck in Lutz and The Manager told her He took it off. Joyce said She had to charge me and call UHaul!!!

THESE ARE THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD..DEALING WITH A CAT 5 ..UHAUL AND FUEL STATION! THEY CARED FOR EVERYONE ELSE..THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!! I AM PRAYING THEIR BUSINESS HAS ZERO DAMAGE. I was charged a refuel fee when I brought the truck back how I found it. The didn't want to issue me a receipt upon return of the truck they said I would receive one via email with extra fees I wasn't aware of

I was not aware that the 10' trucks do not have loading ramps. Why? A poor assumption on my part cost me time, money and my customer time. I wish this information was more clear at the time of rental and pick up both at the location and on the website.

They charged me twice. They charged me for 6 blankets that I never used and the lock was still on it and they also charged me an additional $5.00 for something miscellaneous and then a $25.00 cleaning fee for sweeping out the back and I only transported two business desks this was total BS!!!!!!!!!!
