I had not selected this location, my order was reassigned to this location. I had estimated my usage time based off of the location that was near me. Based off of the reassignment done by Uhaul, the actual costs were double than what was previous quoted to me.
David O.The paperwork said it was a 60 gallon take and it was on empty when we went to drop it off. We put 40 gallons (to make it about 5/8ths of a tank as when we picked the truck up) in and it about filled the tank. So I think it might be a 50 gallon tank not a 60 gallon tank. Just a thought to share.
Ryan J.Personnel did not know how to complete rental, did not communicate any information to me. Very poor service. Took approximately 1 hour 30 min to get keys even after all information was processed. I was told the wrong level of fuel. Had no walk through inspection of vehicle. Interior was dirty and seats had sticky substances on them.
diego G.Staff had very little knowledge of the process to rent the UHAUL, Upon arrival to return NO ONE knew ware the key would need to be dropped off at. The drop off box at the location had a combo code which was not provided to leave the key in. Truck did not seem to have been cleaned up.
