Lady from the front desk is rude I didnt everything I returned everything and still followed me to my vehicle asking for my receipt. Rude ass Indian lady.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy first time renting a uhaul my worse , I know as a customer i dont matter and it all about money for corperations. I feel I was over charged when i was asked how many miles i was going to drive it,i over filled the gas tank and was not refunded,the truck was dirty, i was worried i was going to be charged for the trsh in the cab that was already in it,the radio didnt work. I had to take pics like i'm doing your coperation job , wtf i hated the fact like im doing your job, its not my job to take pics ,i didn't like the exsperence will not recommend or rent a uhaul ever ,i will purchase my own trailers. The person was not very helpful when i asked questions about the rental like i hit a wall and had to take the lost of my money. It about the corperation profit not the customers pocket. Satan🤘
Jose OI would absolutely recommend this location ! Friendly agent explained the contract to us. The vehicle was clean .
James AUhaul was dirty and an appliance dolly was left inside the truck that was not discovered until after we left. It took up space in the small uhaul. And we got no physical paperwork and hotel customers interrupted the check-out process. Plus they have no supplies available like boxes or tape.
Kelly CMake sure system is working. Customer has to do all them self thru app. Customer service was not bad but not that good.
