Roberto C.The people were EXTREMELY rude. I called to let them know I was 6 mins from arrival. They told me, “we close at 5, too badâ€. I did arrive before 5pm and yet they were still very rude and short with me. I would not recommend this business for renting U-Haul ever.
Scott F.I called the local UHaul Distributor here in Bryan Ohio & they stated they would have a truck for me.. Then I get a call from Uhaul stating that I would have to drive 15 miles to pick up the truck in Defiance Ohio.. That's 30 miles that I had to pay $.99 Mile for gas.. I only traveled 7 miles total in helping this elderly lady move.. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay mileage to go get the truck and to deliver it back to the dealership 15 miles away when we have (2) Dealers in my home town of Bryan, Ohio...
