Quick and easy pick up; equipment was new-ish and clean. No issues with truck, mechanically, electrically, etc. Very please with the experience with equipment and personnel.
Matthew HThis location should not be aloud to be open. When I arrived the people inside did not know what they were doing. On top of that this was at an old motel location that has had drug addicts in the past staying in the rooms and overdosing. While sitting there waiting there were two men walking around the location and around the trucks which were backed up right to the entrance of motel rooms. They would appear and then disappear. One was standing on the second floor looking at the parking lot as the other was behind the truck I was taking trying to get in the room behind it. As we were in the truck the second guy came down to “help” the other get into the motel room. As a young female no one should feel this unsafe getting a U-Haul . This area over time has gotten a lot worse. I believe something should be done. It SHOULD be. Thankfully I had my dad with me. But still not a place where someone should have to grab a truck. Please take this seriously and trust someone who has lived near this area for 20 years.
