There was a lock on the back gate. It would have been helpful if someone proactively informed me. I ended up having to look up to location and call to get the code

I would recommend not because of the location but because of the operator. He’s respectful and helpful. The area isn’t somewhere safe to leave your vehicle so keep that in mind should you choose to use this location. Not sure that you can improve the area as it’s known for its mental health challenged characters.
Heather MThe cabin seats appeared to have cat/dog hair on them and inside the cabin it had a bad odor as well. Try to clean those 2 parts up and then I would have no issues

GABRIEL JThere was no signage about it being a drop off location and the staff had no idea where I was supposed to leave it, or how to go through the drop off procedure on the app. They just wanted to take the keys from me and provide no proof of anything. Additionally, the location is in a really bad part of town and had 4-5 people harassing us for money and food. As a petite woman I felt extremely unnerved, as they wouldn't stop hovering over me and being pushy. It was nighttime, and I had to stay outside in the parking lot to take all of the images required for UHaul to return the truck, and I easily could have been assaulted. I was absolutely terrified the entire time.
