air conditioner needs to work. driver side window should be working in case the air goes out. dashbroad light should work as well as the windshield wiper. these are problems I had on my rental. So fix these thing and maybe I'd recommend the Candler Road location.

The truck we were given smelled like a total landfill on the inside. Although the customer service rep that helped attempted to clean the inside of the truck out, it still smelled bad when we opened it up to load our furniture on it. The overall customer service provided by the representative was excellent with the exception of the smelly truck,

A light was lit on the dashboard and being that I had to leave immediately to empty my storage by 9:30 am before the new month started on aug 1st we had to take that one and only 26’ footer for a 3 bedroom house...the 800 number changed my booking to a mobile pickup without realizing no one was there to leave the key the night before !! So a 6am pickup turned into a 7am pickup when the store opened. To only be told “ oh I’m sorry we have no 26’ trucks at this location so I don’t know why they booked it!! She said It’s plain as day in the system no 26’ trucks available !!!” I had no words!!! I stood there in disbelief and explained that you have got to find me something !!! The employee looked around and all of a sudden said oh wait we have one ... wow. my house did not closed as expected that Wednesday I picked up my rental therefore, I needed to extend and was told they could not take the insurance off , sorry. I said I don’t want the insurance when it’s just parked in the yard of my family- so I was forced to pay $14.00 a day for each day I had to extend to keep the rental until for a parked truck!!!!! Plus the truck was not on a full tank!! I ended up paying $120 cash then another $399.00 when I returned the truck. Never again.

Do U-Haul pickup truck was nasty and cigarette Ash everywhere. And the staff was very rude her name was Destiny Dennis. She put the wrong mileage on the paper which supposed to have been 60 miles but instead she put 5085.0 and when I got there they charged me $5 to dollar talking about I went over the mileage. And I hope the CEO of U-Haul see this comment because Destiny was high on the job as well. She was stumbling over her words and she will not make eye contact she was unstable this is the god honest truth on 2505 Candler Road Decatur Georgia 30023

The truck wouldn't start, there were no other trucks, that size, on lot...it was pouring rain and the worker and I were in it trying to get truck started. I missed a day at work, to move, this was a horrible experience. When i asked employee if uhaul would compensate for bad experience and missed time at work...her response was no...we are returning amount of rental. That was surprising and poor business ethics.

Great Experience! Both staff members whom I interacted with Friday morning (08/03/18) were extremely knowledgeable, friendly kind, and helpful. I could tell that the lady who checked me in at the counter had done this hundreds of times b4 with a very customer friendly personality. The young lady who connected my trailer knew exactly what she was doing. Hard to find a place to drop off rental trailer- looked 5 places that wouldn't take it before a cop directed us in the right direction. Once there I had to wait 20 minutes to be helped. Most workers were doing their best but it was obvious that the location was understaffed.

I lost the key to the vehicle and had to contact Roadside Assistance. I spoke with about five people over the course of the situation. Three stated that a contractor would have to come out and bill me for making a key. There were multiple times I was transferred to the wrong department and given misinformation. Since it was late on Sunday evening I deferred on having anything done. I called back late Sunday evening and Tiffany informed me that a key could be made at the Shop. Monday morning Antoinette provide me the key code and called to have a key made at the Shop near the location of the truck. Antoinette made a difficult situation as pleasurable as possible. Please thank Tiffany and Antoinette for the support they provided.

It took me over 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle - despite having completed the “express” check in online. There were only two people ahead of me when I arrived. This is the second time this has happened in the last two months at this location. Completely unacceptable.
