My reservation was bad. My first location didn't have the truck, the second location I was sent didn't have the truck either she sent my to candler not the scheduler. The scheduler sent me on a goose chase.


Service a little slow but when they get to you they work at getting you going.

Get rid of the manager Alex he is dishonest argumentative and quite rude. I simple had to walk away from him as he made up a story. He lied about his equipment an said it was already reserved, but it was not. The agent that rented me a replacement van when I had reserved a pickup said it was defective and I had talk to The manager to adjust the mileage to the pickup rate. I had to make two trips to complete my work because I did not have the right vehicle. My reserved vehicleestimate was $59 and I got billed for $153. I will never set foot in that location again.

Took forever on the line. Then took forever to get keys to vehicle. Van smelled like smoke (horrible). Then at drop off, no one was there to check in van. I handed keys to employee inside. I had the van for 2 hours but was charged for 2 weeks!!!!

Customer service, friendliness and most importantly professionalism at the desk. The guy at the front acted so annoyed customers were coming into Uhaul. Also it was quite ridiculous that he had on flip flops at the desk. Not sure of any professional job that will allow this type of setup.


The gentleman at pickup was very nice and worked diligently to ensure that everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. The gentleman at drop off was trying to do the same, with a large number of customers, as two female employees did little to help. One came shuffling in from what I assume was a lunch break, saw the huge line, went into an office area visible thru the door and slowly puttered around with no interest in assisting the gentleman. He finally called to her for help as he needed to get outside to help hook up a trailer, and she was still in no hurry to help. Another female, arrived for her shift, but only showed marginally more interest in helping the customers. When she did join, instead of each taking a customer, they both worked together with one customer, while gossiping and showing no interest in getting the line down in a timely manner. When I finally got to the front of the line, I was told that since I was dropping off, I needed to go outside and wait by the vehicle for the man to come around and check me in. Apparently they were only dealing with people who needed to rent vehicles. So, after standing out in the hot sun for an additional 15 minutes (I had been there the better part of an hour at this point) my husband went in to inquire why I was still standing outside in the sun with no assistance. He was told the tall skinny man would be there at some point. They were both still working with the same customer even though there was a line. My husband walked around outside until he found the gentleman who had gone out to hook up the trailer. He had no idea that the ladies had not checked me in, he was apologetic and got me taken care of. He is an asset to your company. I have worked in customer service all my life, and these ladies were certainly an example of what not to do, that I will use when training people in the future. I also had a lady answer the phone at this location, and while I was trying to explain an issue I had, she cut me off by rudley telling me that if I would let her finish, I might get my answer. I did not get my answer. I finally figured out, on my own, what she should have easily been able to explain to me if she had cared to do so. Retraining with an emphasis on customer service would be a good idea for this location.


The trucks oil pressure gauge was flying all over the place so it was concerning driving for a long distance


They over charged us and told my husband he was at the wrong location when it clearly stated on the confirmation email that that's where we were supposed to pick up at so he was left there without a ride and I had to Uber him to two other U-Hauls before he can find the one that they had a truck at they suck and I will never use U-Haul again
