More people working there would be helpful. 45 minute wait in line not once but twice because apparently after you hook up to the trailer you have to go back inside and get in line again. Lady was rude. I made a reservation prior to getting there but apparently that was pointless for speeding up the process. Have someone that has the strength to hook up the trailer would also be helpful. It took longer to pickup the trailer then it did for me to drive 90 miles and return it. Ridiculous

I like this location because they normally have what I need when I need it. The problem I always encounter is that they are always short staff. Today the Assit Mgr made me do the process via my phone. She pointed to a sign stating your driver license needed to be down loaded before entering the store. The sign said nothing about you have to do everything mobile. What if I didn't have a smart phone?? Returning the truck was crazy. I asked could I just leave because the line was out the door. Same lady from this morning said No go outside and someone would help me. I wait and wait then a young lady ( in training) said she would be with me in a minute. when she came she asked me to get in the truck turn on the signals and then said ok you can go inside to get checked out. I just left. How is it that you can return trucks after hours and be fine but can't return it and leave during when a card is on file. Just Saying in short. Customer Service training is needed and more staff is needed. thanks

On pick up of equipment, an associate told us to proceed to connect the equipment to the vehicle. Associate inside assured that there was an employee to assist in loading trailer. No associate was available to assist with the connection of the trailer to my personal vehicle. Once I connected the trailer I went into the office. A different associate was available to help me, but the associate did not check the trailer connection or lights. I have used uhal for may years, but this was the first time I have received bad service. Next time associated should be available to help customers load trailers and check lights.

I used mobile pick up and my truck had 4 other trucks in front of it, the check engine light was on, and it wouldn't stop shaking. Last truck I used, the starter went out and I had to go pick up another. The line is always long, and they've given my reserved truck away on more than one occasion. I'm definitely done using this location.

The team member at the front desk was wonderful but had problems with the system. She contacted computer support and that proved not to be very fruitful for about one hour. I had to wait almost two hours to rent my vehicle. That was the worst experience ever!

I had no problem with the U-haul at Candler road. Customer service was GREAT. My overall experience with U-Haul was terrible. They stated I was notified via email that my U-Haul was updated to a new location off of Lee St. Which the location did not have trucks and were closed when I called the facility phone number. Therefore I called the 1800 U-Haul number to advise them with the information. Then I was moved to Candler Rd location which was 20 miles from my destination to pick up my belongings. I wasted a lot of time and gas just to find a a truck. I was paying movers hourly as well to move my belongings. This experience was horrible and not like any of my other experiences with U-haul.

overall staffs are not well trained, I see lack of knowledge & it was a total mess. Inorder to check out it took more than an hour and half. I was moving out of state I clearly explained it is one way trailer rental, she got it wrong. I see inefficiency due to lack of experience & supervision. I recommend to train and supervise your employee until they are well qualified to avoid mess

My moving experience caused me to have to rent a truck from this location 3 different times. And I have to be honest in saying that my first experience left a bad taste in my mouth because the customer service agent was very unprofessional with the way she handled the customers. Her choice of words that she used with me and other customers left me to believe that she did not value me as a customer. She was not willing to help with anything or go out of her way to explain things as I did not fully understand the truck rental process, therefore I was reluctant to come back. But the second time my experience was nothing short of excellent. Brittany spoke to me and other customers with dignity and respect, and made us comfortable with the waiting experience while helping with the check in process for some and checking out for others. She used words like please and thank you and explained the contract in full details. When I discovered that I had to return a 3rd time - I called ahead of time to make sure that she was the agent that would be at the customer service counter before I came. Thank you Brittany-You ROCK!

THE FACT THAT I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR MY UHAUL RENTAL IS UNACCEPTABLE. YES THE MONEY WAS REVERSED BUT I HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 DAYS OR MORE BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAY FOR MY MONEY TO COME BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND ITS MONEY THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I understand that uhaul has a new online check in but for people who have used uhaul for years it’s very confusing without an explanation. I Waited in line for an hour , not necessarily the girls fault . Everyone seemed really confused on the new process including employees. I would suggest better training and more clear instructions. Like being told my hour long wait in line was completely unnecessary before waiting an hour would have been really nice. I think better training on the new program and then understaffing when you have better communication between uhaul and their customers would be ok But not training properly, leaving everyone confused and then understaffing is bad business. Clear communication means everything especially when going through a change. The girl seemed to become annoyed with the customers but if she would have explained in a clear manner I think a lot of it could have been avoided. Again not the girls fault it’s uhauls. Better training, better communication will lead to much happier employees and customers. Meaning more money for everyone.

Only one cashier and the vehicle wasn't up to par. I was afraid for my life. I also was over charged from what I was told it would be. I rather use a different company next time. This was the very 1st and last time I rent from Uhaul. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Double-check that the requested items (trollies, blankets) are in the truck, ready for use. I requested furniture blankets, never had any included in the truck when I picked it up, and was subsequently charged for blankets that were never included. I am contesting the charge on my receipt for items that were not included in the original reservation.
