The original location did not have my order ready (NO mobile check) at preferred pick up time had to pick up from another location (w/ NO dolly). Having to spend extra time and gas and NOT get what I needed was a Huge inconvenience.

Dont mess up my reservation
Christopher AEasily the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. I originally booked a normal location for pick-up and was changed to this third party situation. The U-Haul was not released to me until 11:20, when my reservation was for 10:30. There were two men on-site, but neither of them were able to release the key. I was given a cell phone to speak to a third man who clearly did not know what he was doing and the conversation took way too long. I returned the U-Haul on the same day and the guy there told me all I needed to do was give him the keys. They didn’t check the U-Haul in themselves so I got an email saying I hadn’t returned the equipment. This required two separate calls to resolve. The reps I spoke to on the phone were very professional and helpful. Despite that, the experience as a whole may have turned me off of using U-Haul ever again.
