there was no one to advise at the location. i had to spend an hour on the phone just to get a code so despite requesting a 10 am pick up i did not get the truck until 12. i paid for a dolly. i was told there would be a dolly in the truck - there wasn’t. the truck itself was damaged already and only had a quarter tank. i had to drop off the truck at another location instead of where i picked it up. the extra mileage cost me money.

Everything worked out perfectly fine for me. I checked in through the app, picked up my truck without any issues and returned it the same way. Very convenient way of doing business for me. Definitely appreciated 💯
Maurice MThe truck was dirty, the back door you pull up was difficult to open shut The dolly we paid for wasn't there. Thankfully an employee came and got one for us. The gentleman said he would take some off bcuz it was dirty but NOTHING was taken off. We were charged $91.60.
