Terrible communication and customer service. I dropped off a truck and trailer on a Saturday and the manager refused to return it for various excuses until two days later and after I contacted customer service numerous times. Terrible location. You should revoke their service provider.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHorrible management and poor communication. Returned truck and trailer on Saturday and the manager refused to complete the return until two days later and two calls to Uhaul customer service. I will never use this location and will consider using a different company for my next move.
Adam BIt’s the second time that I get a flat tire. They take 4 hrs to fix the issue.

She also ignored most of what was asked and I was told she could not give me a price unless I was renting for sure because "it was a long process to get a price and if I wasn't renting she would not be going through the process"
James GOur reservation started at 3:45. We arrived at 3:50 and the clerk inside hadn’t even checked in the vehicle when it got there. We did not leave this location until 4:30.
