I was charged for 2 days though only rented for 1 day. I returned the 15' van within 4 hours so not sure how this error happened. The correction hasn't taken place yet, but was advised it would.

There was only one person working the place so we had to wait while one customer was attended. This happened when we were buying supplies. Later we came to rent a Van and there were 2 people ahead of me and still only one attendant. Upon return of the trailer there were 3 customers ahead and it took a while to settle my return. Need to have more workers at end of day.

Only one person appeared to be working. There were 5 people waiting. First two finished and next person needed a propane tank filled. Employee said I have to go outside and fill this tank and will be back in a few minutes. I asked if someone else could help me as I was simply dropping off the rental truck and had filled it above required level in gas. He said if you have provided email address previously then just leave key and paperwork on desk and walked out.. I left key and paperwork on desk and have heard nothing since other than this survey. Very poor service.

My overall experience with U haul was LOUSY!!! Came in and rented a 6 foot wide trailer. No one told me the gate was only 57 inches wide. I got four hours away to pick up what I needed and it would not fit through the gate. Want to U haul in Murray ky. for help. Got none! Called corporate after 3 calls finally got to talk to a supervisor. He insinuated I was making up the fact I could not use the trailer and then when I asked him about waving the extra day because I could not get the trailer back on he said no. I told him to ram it. The local dealer did wave the extra day. I had to drive home a motorcycle with a trike kit 4 hours in 45 degree weather and I had not been on a bike in a long time. You record the phone calls listen for yourself. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN, AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT KIND OF SERVICE I GOT FROM YOU!!!!!

I would warn my friend that U-Haul company policy for picking up vehicles is extremely frustrating, but the people at the location are nice.

What I got charged was ridiculous. I spent almost $200 to use a 15 ft truck. I've actually paid less to use a truck for long moves than I did for this local move. Very dissatisfied.

The person that I worked with was extremely helpful. He helped me get my rusted on hitch removed so that we could get the smaller ball on to tow the trailer. The customer service went above and beyond.

The worst customer service. The manager and staff were clueless on operating policies and procedures. I had to help them with it myself spending 2 hours helping staff on their computer. They did not know anything about their equipment and after hours pick up. This meant I flew in on a night flight and had to get a hotel when I had planned on picking up equipment and going straight to my house, which is a hour's drive away. I incurred extra expense due to their incompetence. I have phoned corporate office several times, I received a phone call back from this office by the manger with a weak apology but at no time did he offer any accountability for his lack of knowledge that is refelected in the extremely poor service. Considering the cost of rental and how much time it took me I am appalled and angered at this service. Is this the way business is conducted now? Is there no accountability? Is this acceptable? I will never use UHAUL again I advise all individuals reading this find and use local people.

One recommendation, please take care of one customer at a time. Happened to me the day I went to rent a trailer, the attendant helped me out in selecting the equipment, then finished the payment transaction, but instead of finish with me by providing the equipment, it took another customer, and I have to wait almost 20mins. before me there was another customer and I waited my time until he finished with them. other than that everything was ok.
