all was good but took for ever with the customer before us other wise everyone we delt with was super nice and friendly

Brenden AI got to the drop off location at the shell gas station at 6pm and everything was closed and the gas pumps were blocked off. The other gas stations were also closed so I was unable to fill up leaving me on the hook for a big refill charge. AND I was also charged for ALOT of other things like an extra day (which I didn't use), extra miles which I didn't drive, and cleaning even though I made sure I left the truck clean. OVER $200 extra bill was charged to my card without clear explanation/reasoning. I emailed them my questions about the bill (using the link which they provided with the receipt and asked for questions to be sent to it) and they didn't respond! Now I'm having to find a phone number or go there to try and sort this out. Terrible experience and customer service!
