Having to used the internet to return the truck was not a good experience for me. I think you all should let a person know when they call that you need a smart phone. Everyone does not know how to go on the internet and do stuff. It might be a better way to return the truck but it wasn't for me.

Very pleasant, even though he was under staffed.



Made a reservation online, arrived 10 minutes earlier than that time. Had to wait in line for 40 minutes just to even get customer service. You all really need to have a line for people who reserved online or mire computers. Then went to drop it off and had to stand in line another 25 minutes just to drop it off. This is bad customer service.

I made a change to my rental while I had it and the customer service rep did not fully explain to me what would happen if I extended the rental for an hour. She took payment right over the phone so I wouldn't be charged additionally since I was returning the truck later. When I looked at my account there were two separate charges. I called back to get an explanation and a different rep could not explain the second charge and said she would refer me a manager and that the manager would call me back. I never received a call back and upon returning the truck the general manager happened to still be at the store and he finally explained it to me. He also stated that he never got a message about the situation and that was disappointing.

I was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee when i returned the uhaul. All fees were explained when renting the unit EXCEPT that there may be a cleaning fee of 25.00 if the unit is not returned back as rented. While talking to customer service i later found out that i was charged because “dried mud was on the floor” in the cab of the rental truck i was never called and i requested that someone from the store call me about this matter 2 times AND NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!! I have a reservation for April 6th 2018 and i will be CANCELLING that and going with another company i am not satisfied with UHaul and very displeased with the rate of service and communication displayed between the two of us conducting business and you will never get my business or friends and family’s business again!!!

Reserved a 15' vehicle. Had a 10' the previous weekend and everything went as planned. When I reserved the 15' I had a preferred location set. No message of any kind came to me to indicate the vehicle was not at my prefferred location. I traveled there only to find out they did not have my reservation and it was at another location, not very happy about that, wasted my time that day I could have been moving. Improve communication to the customer about where the truck reservation is.
