Michael SPerson who handles the U-Haul part wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there for an hour and a half after my reservation. I think a mechanic was helping. Had to go down to the actual U-Haul place down the street to get it straightened out. Came back and still wouldn’t give me the keys, even after the proper contacts were made. Finally gave them up after confirming miles on truck were the same as on the paper.
Nestor CBrad was very nice. Easy to find.
Heather KIt was easy to pickup the truck and easy to drop off.
