It took this location 4 days to check our truck into the system. It was very frustrating. I spent time on calling UHaul 3 days in a row. It was very stressful not knowing if I would be charged extra.

I paid for a dolly and they didn't provide it to me. I need the refund for it.
JORGE ANone of their systems worked, and it was hard to understand them. They were rude and very unhelpful. I eventually had to get the district manager on the phone to get anything resolved. They didn’t even have a phone for their U-Haul service.
Nathan HThe sales representative had no clue as hownto do his job. Very unprofessional. I was to pick my rental up at 7 a.m and did not leave until 8:30 am. I was very disappointed.
Patricia SI wouldn't call this a U-haul location. The only vehicle there was the one I rented. I had also reserved an Appliance dolly and did not receive it. When I picked up the vehicle I had to wait about 15 minutes while the staff at the gas station figured out how to work the Uhaul reservation system. As I left the building I asked if the truck full.....and it was barely on 1/4 tank of fuel. (I later learned that the trucks don't have be full....but that was new to me)
