Self storage facility. Closed when we arrived. Very limited area to park a 26' truck. Signage directing us to alternative parking not well displayed. Two drop boxes for keys - Not sure we used the correct one. I would not recommend returning equipment here after hours.John C.

The place was great. The online tool to checkout, not so much. I ran into problems and the staff at Stonegate helped me out. I would not use the online checkout again--so much easier talking to a person.Robert R.
The customer service was poor. The Desk Attendant was combative, and nearly refused us service without basis. He was unhelpful, and I believe he didn't fully understand the parameters of his job. At every interaction he was obstructive. His treatment of my mother and me appeared to be gendered, it seemed he had difficulty interacting with women. An attendant cannot refuse service to any specific population just because that demographic makes them uncomfortable - this is not legal. I have rented from a number of U-Haul vendors, dozens at this point, this was particularly odd, and unpleasant experience.DIANA K.

The location was great. I was disappointed by the online check in process but that isn't the location's fault. I understand the need for secondary ID, but the requirements should be better communicated in advance of me showing up to the location so I don't have to go back and get documents.Michael C.
Brakes were very weak, feared going over 30 miles an hour for fear truck wouldn't stop within a reasonable distance. Was also supposed to be a non-contact pickup but staff hadn't done what was needed for that to happen. Also very hard to upload driver's license pic as requested because you keep getting a low memory error, which happens because most modern phone take high resolution pictures that the uhaul pic can't handle the size of, but error message doesn't explain that clearly so you waste a bunch of time if you're not tech savvy or even if you are. Should also have that warning on the site so you never get to error stage, or you know, upgrade your website to current technology or give staff an alternative (especially for areas with bad cell reception.Axel L.

Fix the emergency brake and release on the truck I used. It has been a bit mangled, and I didn't know about it. The U-Haul place I rented from said U-Haul was supposed to fix it but doesn't find it a pressing enough issue to do so.james S.

Problem is with uhaul, reserved truck 30 days in advance and nothing was available on that day, needed to wait an additional day only received notice of problem at 6pm day prior. if you have a reservation it should be guaranteed.Erwin Y.

The van need oil change . Driver seatbelt sensor need to check because sometime yellow seatbelt Light Blinking on the dashboard . These are what I see and observe. Other than this van is fuel efficiency . I like it with great customer service.emiru M.
