Michael B.U-haul didn't have the Dolly that I had requested weeks in advance. To me, that shows lack of organization. Also the parking break was not working at first.
GIOVANNI F.The original truck I booked was not available at the location I had chosen. So, I had to drive an additional 20 kms through a snow storm in a truck that was 16' longer than what I had booked. This resulted in additional mileage charges, additional gas costs, additional labour costs on my end, bridge tolls, added time to the overall move, and ultimately a major inconvenience. I'll be contacting support to negotiate a refund since the entire thing was made much more difficult than necessary.
