Truck would not start after we got loaded. I had to put a battery charger on truck for 12 hours before it would crank. Then it died again. They trying to charge me almost $198.00 for fucking what? Post poor equipment. I will never use uhaul again!!!!!!

I called when I left the location with the issues that I had because the location was closing and had three other customers when I was there. The gas level was not correct , it had a gas cap alert in dashboard that would not go out and one other light. The truck ate gas probably because of a vacuum leak due to gas cap. He did not charge me for the hurricane because we could not use the truck. The other fees I did not agree with I went to Murphy before coming back snd filled to just above where it was when I got it. He charged me gas because it did not matter that I called. Just unhappy with the over charge for gas and fee

Cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there., Gas was low, and overcharged for the truck. This location suck ass.
1. We arrived at our location to find no one had loaded the furniture dolly. I called and was met with a very friendly, apologetic employee who immediately offered to refund the cost of the dolly. Though we appreciate this, the absence of the dolly caused us a tremendous burden when moving heavy items. 2. The next day, we received our final bill, with the dolly charge. So, call number two to the rental location. Again, sweet employee promising to refund and email an updated payment receipt. 3. Next day, still no updated receipt. On hold, currently for over 15 min waiting to speak to someone about this. I think you can see that this is extremely frustrating.
Take cc to truck. Make sure the cx knows where the wipers, lights and breaks are. Show cx how much gas is in tank and the mileage so will know exactly how much will be owed when truck is returned.
They told me the only one way trailers were down for lights and the other had a nail in the tire. But it looked ok. Somehow i got charged 192 dollars to rent a trailer for a day. The guy said the only way i could rent it was to pay for 3 days. This has been awful. I rented the biggest truck ryder had to move my daughter from chatt to knox for 145. I was in a time crunch and didnt expect uhaul to charge me 192 for a trailer.
Second time in four months I have rented a truck to move my children. Both times it was easy. The staff is very courteous and professional.

Drop off was quick and easy. I had paid in full on pick up and I returned the truck with gas in it and in good condition. I was helped right away and the vehicle inspection was quick.
The guys in the office where both informative and very helpful. I appreciated everything they did for me.
The truck I got was infested with roaches and it was very much confusion with getting the truck. I reserved a 20 ft truck a MONTH in advance and when I went to pick it up I was stuck with a 26 ft huge uhaul. And like I said before it was infested with roaches and now I have to bomb my new apartment because of that. Thanks uhaul

Did not like the way the lights on the trailer was unhooked , it was pulled out , not taken out which could have pulled wires away from vehicle
The gentleman was trying to help the best he could but it seems the contract was a mess from the get go. We were supposed to get out 100. Deposit back and that didnt happen. He said it will be mailed, we will see. After this experience, it wont suprise me if it doesn't come.
The parking lot is very congested...such a small restricted space for people coming and going.
Stop over charging
Tire Monitoring System light was on and would not shut off even after all tires were checked for proper inflation. Also, the driver's door would not shut completely unless you pushed it from the outside.
