William RWell, you can improve the experience for the next customer by NOT allowing your customers to reserve moving equipment at a local location, when the aforementioned equipment is NOT actually available at the local location! I arrived at this location at the appointment time, 10:00 am, to pick up the truck, a furniture dolly, an appliance dolly, and twelve moving blankets. The attendant then informs me that they did not have any of that on hand and ready to go! Naturally I become very irritated at the situation. Luckily this location was able to source all of the equipment that I needed from another location, BUT I wasn't able to pick up the truck and the equipment until after 12:00 pm. So this setback made my moving experience much more difficult than it needed to be.

Rebecca LThe check out process through the app was terrible. The fact that there was not an actual person to help was so frustrating. And the phone support lady, while being so so nice, was bound by crazy policies that were not customer focused. If you’re going to force people to do things through an app, make it better.
