That was the second times I've used this location and both times, they charged me tripple when I checked my bank account. And it's not fair for me as a customer trying to get reimbursement from cooperate. I will never ever again. An investigation needs to be initiated on that location.

Check engine light was on from the beginning. Location agent just 'waived it off' when I pointed it out. The padlock could not be opened. The windshield wiper blades were so worn they were useless. It seemed like the truck was not inspected at all before I rented it.
