When charging a customer for truck not being clean, need to be sure that vehicle wasn't dirty when it was picked up. Be sure how much gas was in when it was picked at another location. My stepson obtained the vehicle, so I don't know if it was clean or not. He said it was clean when he dropped it off, and that it had the same amount of gas in it,That it had when he got in it. Do not like my card being charged without being notified why!!!!!!!!

The location was closed for three days for the holiday. I was very disappointed to see they charged me $25 for cleaning of the truck although i took it back just as I picked it up.

It is to far out if the way. We had to go to two different locations to get the truck and the auto transport. Reservations had been made weeks in advance. When arriving at the first location we were told that the didn't have the truck we needed. After 30 minutes and multiple phone calls from the first location to traffic on New Circle road in Lexington we finally got a truck. Still no auto transport, were told they would Call when they found one. Still no word or phone call by 6:30 the next morning. After speaking to multiple people and many phone calls later an auto transport was found. The location did not open until 10 and was an hour away. After getting the transport which was in the middle of no where we had to go an hour back the way we came to finally get on the interstate. We were not able to start our trip until 12:30 PM which was far from the 6:00 AM time we had wanted to leave. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with Uhaul over all. The problem was not with the dealers it is with who ever makes the reservations. They are doing a highly inadequate job of making sure trucks and other things needed for customers are where they are supposed to be.

First, the location specified online was incorrect. My reservation was moved to a location 20 miles away. Second, the new location refused to rent the trailer because it was a one-way rental. They did not want to lose the trailer. Third, I had to agree to return the trailer by towing it an extra 300 miles to get the rental. Fourth, when I called customer service they sent me to the local management. Local management did not do anything about the denial to rent the trailer or returning of the trailer an extra 300 miles.
