Make sure the truck starts for the person renting. When we finally got the truck running 3 hours later it had 0 miles to empty. I called and spoke to customer service 12 times and 1 of those calls made me feel like she was trying to help. Roadside assistance is a joke 120 min before they could come help. I finally called my own tow truck to come help me. Thank you Harold from Perfect Choice Towing I am so happy you could help me. The truck starts and I have 0 miles to empty. I get back from moving and it tells me I went almost 100 miles and didn't put gas in the truck so it wants to charge me extra. I clicked to dispute the extra charges on Sunday and today Friday I still haven't heard from them. I don't know if I will ever rent another uhaul truck after this being such a bad experience.

The person who rented to me stated she didn't have any dollies or furniture pads, and that Uhaul doesn't ensure that she is stocked with them. This seems like a problem.
Alexander H.There was no communication as to how to get truck that was sitting there waiting and then when I called foe help it took 30 minutes for Uhaul tuck share employee to answer phone. The online app kept saying I didn't have a reservation. The employee did verify I did but that there was an extra step for iPhone users concerning location that was not on the instructions making it difficult to access. But thankfully the Uhaul share woman was extremely nice and helpful. She was surprised they were not open because she showed that someone should have been at this location until at least 12:00. The local Uhaul had not updated their hours. But once got the location thing worked out it went smooth from there. But lost an hour which cost me extra because I had hired 2 people to help me and had to pay for hour whether they worked or not. The Uhaul share woman was awesome and saved the day. Thank you!!!
