Location was fine, clerk very helpful and friendly. "Mobile pick-up" was terrible. I was at the location in rural GA, with barely a bar of reception. Suddenly, the "easy" mobile pickup decided to require a passport, current lease, or two phone contacts from me. Why would I carry around a passport or a lease contract when picking up a truck that I had already checked in for successfully. No warning was given beforehand that any such documents may be required. Support was utterly useless. Looking at you "Crystal". Crystal literally hung up on me while I was trying to find a way to check out the truck I had driven an hour to. Absolute garbage. Avoid U-Haul, any other service can only be better.
