DENISE G.It was a remote location, map quest had us turn to soon, so we had to back out and go to next driveway. The man behind the counter and didn't offer any assistance, we asked if this is where we were to drop off the key, etc.? He said yes and said we could leave he will take care of everything. Which I am trusting so we left. We put more gas than we started with, but we haven't heard about lower rate or reimbursement. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.
