POSITIVES: The people working at the store were friendly and helpful. The van's brakes and A/C system work very well. The cargo door and loading ramp worked great as well, which helps make loading easier and faster since you don' have to waste time fighting with a finicky door and/or ramp. PLACES TO IMPROVE: The van has a steering/alignment issue (steering is very "floaty"), requiring constant input/correction to keep straight. I understand Ford vans have suspension/alignment issues, but I know that most of these issues can be mitigated with proper maintenance and adjustments. It is an issue that I could deal with, but I wonder how it affects other customers that have less experience with more heavy-duty vehicles. Also, the exterior was really dirty. While I understand that we are all under pressure to conserve water, I think that the truck exterior could be kept cleaner.

you need to have better roadside assistance . I had to Waite on hold for 2 HOURS before getting help. they need to BE vey specific on the charge to will cost the customer! to have to be charge EXSSIVELY on less than 5miles its not fair to anyone!! The rental I had was less than five miles from where I was at . To get CHARGE $137.50 is vey EXSSIVE someone please call me . or email me at.. what on file

The check out process what a bit long, I waited in line for about 25 minutes. One of the workers said that people called out that day but it would of been nice if I could have waited less time.

the service rep, did not explain to me, one I order get the truck, I get charge for a hold deposit. How would I know that is how it works, and anyway how long does your refund take to show on your bank.

The gas was far below a 1/4 tank and the employee told me oh don't worry these vans don't use gas fast-and that I had a $5.40 gas credit to bring it back at a 1/4 tank. As soon as I left lot the gas light went on and it cost $12 to get to a 1/4 tank. I dronve less than 2/ miles round trip. That was deceiving and I wasn't happy about it.

Rented a one-way truck to San Diego clearly the miles given I told him at the counter were not enough to reach us to our address he said there was nothing he can do about that and I said I have rented U-Haul repeatedly over the years at least 40 times a year because I buy storage lockers and move them with U-Haul. He said he could not give us not even twenty-five miles extra to reach our destination when I turned it in San Diego the guy there reversed our extra mileage charges on the mileage because he could clearly see it was not enough mileage to begin with and said he was very sorry for the asshole that worked in Azusa

I am a very busy individual and my friends are just as busy. When I secure services and expect services to be provided as requested I plan accordingly. I rented a 26' truck, furniture dollies x 2 and a hand truck. When I arrived back at my apartment to pack up the Associate Stacy failed to include the 2 furniture dollies. I called the number provided and the answering service was no help. 30 minutes later I received a call asking me to return to pick up the dollies. I informed the associate that it was to late since we had already started packing and this would only delay us even further. Upon returning the equipment back to the facility I was only offered a refund of the dollies and nothing for the inconvenience or extra lifting that had to be performed due to the lack of furniture dollies. Daniel failed to provide the customer service that should be expected and didn't bother to involve upper management to rectify the situation and save future negative reviews. The staff at this location were very understanding of why we're upset with no functioning air conditioner given. They apologized for the inconvenience but that doesn't change our poor experience.
