This location was a little bit farther way from where I was going but I reserved a truck at a different location and was told to be there no later than 645 and I arrived at 635pm and there was on one there to process me so I got online and found this location on and they were very accommodating! The windshield was really dirty. The brakes didn't work real well, could have something to do with a prior customer doing some damage to the truck. Overall, people renting the truck are very nice and personable.

Mileage was incorrectly calculated and when I returned it was charged for over mileage. I was told it can be adjusted when I dropped it off. I have already spoke to 4 different people about adjusting it and it's now becoming a waste of my time and energy.

I thought I had taken care of the entire bill online with express check. Was quoted, paid and still my husband went into this pick up point and spent 50 minutes trying to pick up the truck and the billing was completely different than what I signed on for online. Led to many phone calls and emails. In the end U-Haul management credited my account but still explained their fault in the billing incorrectly in the email they sent me. According to my quote online the quote was originally for two days.
