The only thing overall, and it's not this place is the problem.It was u haul headquarters. I was told to pick a place close to my house to drop it off when I was done. Where I picked it up, that guy even highlighted a phone number for me to call. U-haul set it up over an hour, away from my house and I drove by 11 other U-Haul places, and there was 5 other places within 20 minutes of my house, and when I called customer service to set up the drop off (like i was told to do), the woman was very, very rude and told me that that's what I had to deal with and there was no way I could change it unless I wanted to çpay a bunch of extra money to drop it off somewhere else" is exactly what she told me. I've rented a lot of uh whole stuff and never had this issue. So it was just very the aggravated, especially do to the fact I had just drove thirteen hours to get to my house, and then I had to drive another hour back the same direction I just came from to drop it off
joe bThe gentleman who runs this uhaul rental office is kind and friendly, helpful and trusting. But the building is not inviting, clean or presentable.
