I had to wait 2.5 hours for them to open in order to get my moving supplies as they were not in the truck when I went to pick it up at 7 AM.

Rafael M.I missed the 15 minute window to get the key from the key box. Then I had a difficult time getting the key after following the direcdtions of your support office over the phone. I was standing in snow trying to follow complicated directions for which I could not write down. I had to come back when the office opened at 9:30 AM to have the attendant open the keybox and give me the key. I really liked the location staff but your short window policy and how to recover when missed needs improvement.
Donald R.The truck seemed to have a bit of an issue excelling. You'd have to drive it to see what I mean, it's like it's not shifting gear's easily when taking off. The on line check in was a bit cumbersome. When I first checked in everything appeared intuitive, however when I went to actually check out the truck, I had to call customer support and she had to reset something.
