The two women who service this location were not very welcoming upon arrival. Gave me the impression this was an inconvenience for them.The office / reception area is very dark and unwelcoming. Also there is no place to leave your vehicle when renting a truck for a couple of hours. You have to park on an adjacent street in front of someone's house. In my opinion this is not a good image for uhaul.
Jeffrey M.I had chosen mobile pick up and it was converted to self pick up or something. So I got there and couldn't get my truck and had to wait on hold for U-Haul to make it so I could use mobile pick up. I had reserved an application dolly and furniture pads, which weren't in the truck. The failure to provide the material I reserved made the move impossible and led to a wild goose chase for a dolly, made worse by U-Haul. And in the end resulted in my paying over $200 to buy a dolly.
