There seemed to be some confusion with the booking - paperwork said 2 different things -drop off in Corner Brook and then instructions to drop off in Clarenville. I asked about mattress covers, which they didn't have and that's fine, but they send me to another uhaul location that was closed. I ended up calling the uhaul location on O'Connell Drive in Corner Brook at the Western Petroleum and they were able to provide me with the bags. The individual at this location was helpful. I had originally booked to pick up at Western Petroleum but I had a call the night before saying to go to the Maple Valley Road location for pick up and I either had to do it before 930 am or after 11 am due to no staff. They did not tell me I had to take photos of the vehicle - I saw the text after I had driven it and it was too late, the link expired. I also had a call from Uhaul later in the morning asking if i was going to pick up the vehicle and I already had it.

Kevin VOverall not bad. The back of the truck needed a sweeping and the cab of the truck had some mud on the mats. The service was okay, the staff were not real friendly.

Alex FI'll never rent from uHaul again. Fucking terrible experience. Booking took 6 phone calls to get it close enough to correct. Was still wrong. Vehicle was filthy, which I don't care, but you asked and it was. Booking was still wrong, I only booked for two but my booking said 3. Guy at counter said no problem, we'll only charge for what you use. I used 2, got charged for 3. Gas level was just below 3/4 when I started, I put it back at same level. I was charged for extra gas. I have photos showing the same. Was charged for 6L. Between the overages, I paid an extra $75. I'm so sick of uHaul, I don't even want to fight over the money. I'm just going to make sure I tell every person I ask about what a piece of shit experience that was. Fuck your shitty company, systems and "customer service" people. You want to fix this? You have my info. $75 in overages returned to me with an apology. Call and let me know how you're fixing it. If not, fuck yourself and have fun doing it.
