Better Employees the truck its self was great the facility where clean . The people working there a terrible especially the management. I will never rent from uhual again because of the way i was treat and how situations where handle. I've worked in management and retail and the customer service industry . that place should be shut down or clean out. made moving a LIving hell

Customer parking is almost nonexistent. There were no instructions regarding where to leave the truck after hours, other than do not park illegally. That was no help, as there was no way possible to leave the truck in a marked parking place. If there had been one more truck or van on marketing display out front, there would have been no place possible to leave the truck except in the middle of the street or driveway, or completely in the grass. Some customers had at least been give an access card to find a place behind the security fence, but not me. And I specifically told the person doing the rental that I would be returning the truck after hours that night. The equipment itself was fine and the rental process just what I expected. The lack of parking and after hours return hassle convinced me to not rent from that location again.

Honestly, I have no recommendations. Cymone was very professional and pleasant to work with. She answered all my questions. She made my rental a pleasant experience. This was my first rental since 2001 and if I need to rent another vehicle, I definitely will visit U-Haul first. Thanks.

This is an overall comment: You should be able to book a specific pickup location online without being notified later that the pickup location is different...very frustrating and the customer support people are not very friendly, seems like they couldn't care less if the customer is happy! The website should NOT default to a certain qty of some supplies, default should always be 0! If there was another choice of rental companies that was convenient I wouldn't rent from uhaul. I have used you 3 times this last year and all 3 times were poor experiences.

This was not the location we reserved well in advance. We did not receive notification that the location changed. This is not a reflection of the place we picked up our van, but the reservation process.

Staff communicated with us during the move to see if we were going to arrive on time. Weather and traffic delays pushed us to arriving 15 minutes before closing at 7:45pm. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. This location should receive a special recognition for their professionalism.

actual tow dolly number was different than both the tow dolly number in the online contract and on the printed contract. Furthermore, the IT systems didn't communicate/link properly, causing multiple conflicting information received, needing to repeat multiple times the same info, check, double check and triple check and a waste of extra times. Not a customer service issue but deep needs to improve quality and testing/verification of IT systems themselves. Marketing says "easy move", actual experience is "more complicated than it needs to be", not because of all the U-Haul people that helped along the way, but because of systems that they had to deal with without the power to improve them. VP of IT has that power, work on it!

The customer service was fine at the local store, however I was not advised that if I returned the truck early, that I would NOT receive a credit. After spending thousands to move, not to mention the stress of moving 600 miles away, this is the last thing you want to learn-of which I was told at the drop off location when I returned the truck almost 2 days early. This should have been explained to me when I dealt with the UHaul Reservations center; which I also had to call 3 times as I never got a confirmation call as promised, confirming pickup location and time.
