Staff communicated with us during the move to see if we were going to arrive on time. Weather and traffic delays pushed us to arriving 15 minutes before closing at 7:45pm. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. This location should receive a special recognition for their professionalism.

actual tow dolly number was different than both the tow dolly number in the online contract and on the printed contract. Furthermore, the IT systems didn't communicate/link properly, causing multiple conflicting information received, needing to repeat multiple times the same info, check, double check and triple check and a waste of extra times. Not a customer service issue but deep needs to improve quality and testing/verification of IT systems themselves. Marketing says "easy move", actual experience is "more complicated than it needs to be", not because of all the U-Haul people that helped along the way, but because of systems that they had to deal with without the power to improve them. VP of IT has that power, work on it!

The customer service was fine at the local store, however I was not advised that if I returned the truck early, that I would NOT receive a credit. After spending thousands to move, not to mention the stress of moving 600 miles away, this is the last thing you want to learn-of which I was told at the drop off location when I returned the truck almost 2 days early. This should have been explained to me when I dealt with the UHaul Reservations center; which I also had to call 3 times as I never got a confirmation call as promised, confirming pickup location and time.

This is the second uhaul we rented in one week from you guys. Last weekend we had no trouble. However this week I picked up a truck that the place said was full with gas, it was not. Then the AC didn't work when you pressed the gas and it's way too hot to be without AC. then the girl at the store argued with me and didn't want to give me any compensation for my troubles. It was an awful experience.

Reserved the trailer for pickup specifically with a location close to work to get at lunch break and save time. Was then told when the called to confirm the day before I had to go much farther away to pick it up because the original location didn't have the trailer. It was on their lot just two days before, and my confirmation email said pick up at original location. They couldn't or wouldn't make the trailer available to match my reservation, and had to go way out of my way and lose a couple hours to get it. Told the woman I wasn't happy and there mix-up was a huge inconvenience

I rented a 26 foot U-Haul from this location for 2 days. I returned the truck 29 minutes late and was charged for a full extra day. The assistant manager was not interested in hearing my concern and told me that the computer automatically charged me and that she could not override it.

I used the truck for 1/2 hour and Saturday and still don't have the remainder of my deposit back in my account. I suppose I will have to go back and ask for my refund. The $19 on all your trucks is very misleading, after all the add-ons. I won't be back!

It would be great if this location could find a better way to manage the entry and exit of U-Haul trucks and other vehicles. Both while picking up and dropping off the truck, I (and other drivers) had to deal with two-way traffic on the narrow driveway to the facility just off of a fairly busy street with a speed limit of 45 mph.
