The inside of the cab was not trashy, but just dusty. The more upsetting part was that my location for pick up was switched the day before and then the new pick up location did not have both dollies I had requested for my reservation. The woman at the location was helpful in switching my truck sizes though.

Mrs. Shamsun, the owner/manager of this location made everything easy for us. She was professional and personable. It is also easy to get to the location and drive out in a newly maintained Uhaul truck. All equipment we needed ( furniture padding, etc.) was readily available. The office was well organized and bottled water was available for clients. I will be recommending this location to others, both as a moving and storage facility. The owners are a credit to the Uhaul Company.

The start odometer reading was 0.6 off on the paper I received at the beginning of the trip. I was charged this distance even before I drove off the parking lot. The office Rep. was unable to give me credit.

I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle at a set time and the location was closed and no one was available to provide assistance. There was a number left outside to call that was out of service. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled time and the manager still showed up late.

Maybe a separate unit to take the pictures with. When you don't have room on your phone, to do it, it took me a long time, trying to upload the photos, and then it wouldn't take. I did make it known to the nice young lady. Thanks for to all her and his help, and patience. I appreciate all, that the young lady and the guy did to help me, to get things going, outstanding U-Haul place. Yes I would use it again in a heartbeat thank you blessing

The location charged me for an extra day of rental. Charged for 3 rental periods. I only had it for 2 rental periods. I checked out the trailer at 4:45 pm on Tuesday 6/11/2019. The trailer was checked in at 3:39 pm on Wednesday 6/13/2019. The overcharge of an extra day resulted in the overcharge of $75.84.

The person to open the office was 15 minutes late so we had to call customer service and then wait for them to arrive. It was scheduled to be open at 8am, but the person showed up at 8:15. The driver window was left open and it rained earlier that day, so interior was wet but the person working dried it with paper towels.

If I book an in person counter pickup, don’t move my reservation to a location that isn’t open when I like to pick up and force me to do that online pick up crap. If I wanted that, I would have booked it in the first place.

I spend an HOUR on the phone after uhaul charged me about $50 for my 5x8 trailer and then sent me an additional bill via email. I asked what the additional charges were for and they said it was a $30 fee for using the $20 DEPOSIT to pay the final bill. WHAT??!! I called and after an HOUR on the phone they said it was escalated and I would not get charged for this and I would get a call from the manager to rectify this charge. I never got a call and I WAS CHARGED another $50. Now I have to call the call center and spend another hour probably trying to get this charge off. Even the agent in the call center said the charges didn’t make sense and that she would help me resolve this.
