The truck had a few roaches in it. I was very displeased with U haul mgrs. I had scheduled truck almost two weeks prior to my arrival. Computer could not print my contract or take my credit card. I had to go to ATM's to get $600 to get my truck and mgrs could have cared less that we only came to mphs for one day to empty our storage room and drive back to East Tn. The man working for Uhaul was nice, but I had to speak to Uhaul mgrs on phone. They were clueless and not very helpful or caring. Very bad experience initially.
I wanted to rent a furniture dolly and pads but the location did not have them at all. I registered and checked in online, but still had to wait an extended period time to get truck. The computer seemed to be moving extremely slow.
I had previously used this location. That's why I came back for the excellent customer service. Sure I will recommend the store to my friends.
The 24/7 share online checkin was not very efficient. I had to call and have someone approve our information. We waited for approval online for over 10 min before we called and sat on hold for ~5 min waiting for someone to answer the phone at Uhaul. They tried to transfer us and the process started over. I also could not remove the $14 safe move coverage which I did not what. The Uhaul representative told me that I would be able to remove it in the online checkin process but I was not able to. I also was charged for a 20 foot truck when I reserved a 17 foot truck but it was unavailable which is not my fault. I dont understand what the reservation guarantee is for. Uhaul overcharged me and was not easy to use.
First my initial visit was terrible. I stopped by the location to rent a small truck and was turned around. I was told that nothing was available and to go to a location 7-8 miles away. I then went back to my vehicle and reserved a truck from the U-Haul site using the U-Haul website. I returned to the office, the associate was seemingly stunned that I was able to reserve a vehicle. I was then taken through a very invasive question and answer process of where I was moving from and to, and much to my dismay, my emergency contact person was contacted! There was no emergency; the U-Haul associate decided that my long distance emergency contact was not â€œrealâ€. I found this very disturbing as this person called my mother to inform her of my business at U-Haul. There's more... the associate also used my phone's camera to capture my drivers license... I'm sure they had a scanner in the office. This place is a clown show. Lastly, I was over charged for my rental. I returned the vehicle after only driving 13 miles. I was charged for 20 miles per my paperwork. I will definitely be going up there to receive my refund. If you guys really read the comments, this place needs new management and/or employees.
Easy to pickup and drop off. Fantastic customer service both on location and at customer call center.
I was told the proper way to return the rental after hours by the rental agent. I called customer service for assistance and the rep was very rude. I called to say i left the inside light on after I had drop the key in the dropbox. The return experience was horrible. Two reps I talked to were rude.
The Cordova Storage location was handled by a happy, helpful agent who wore the hat of two businesses. Both Cordova Self Storage and U-Haul were expertly represented by her!

The young man at this location started off ok but when we got close to the end of my paperwork he changed. He was automatically adding items to my charges and was getting upset when I was saying I didn't want it. After everything was done I went out to start the truck and check around for damages and cleanliness. The back was dirty and the door was hard to close. I went back in to tell him the back was dirty and about the door and he went to get a broom and handed it to me to clean. As we are walking outside, I asked about the other 20ft truck that was outside and he poorly explained that I could only get the one I got. I told him I was confused on why and he told me I can really just cancel my reservation in total if I don't like the truck. He then took the broom from my hands and said he will sweep it to get me gone. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! If I didn't know how Uhaul work on a Friday I would have canceled and let that truck be there. I would NEVER rent from this location again!
Start the gas tank full bring it back full then i don't have to guess how much to put back
Drive and load and unload the truck? LOL Wish I had known about the service at this location before. The customer service was exceptional. It's hard to get friendliness, concern and professionalism combined so well. Thank you for starting and ending an unpleasant task on such a great note.

Was charged an extra $45 for a late fee, after the confirmation call gave me a different time that I could be back with no penalty.
Corporate computer was down but the local office found a way to still help me!! I was so grateful because I had people at my house to help me move who drove 2 hours to help.

Had to go to 3 different uhauls after making reservation. What the point of making a reservation if it's not going to be there. Truck was dirty. It cost way to much. I best get a refund for the miles I didn't use. Better not be charged any gas issues. And will never use uhaul again.
