This place is was great with service and all. Reason for bad review is that there lacks handicap parking. I had to walk from all the way in back of yard to front to get my truck. They need to accommodate the handicapped better.

fix the after hours truck return app so that it works more effectively. I returned the truck but apparently the app did not properly communicate with your systems caused a flawed billing. the local office was quite good fixing the billing but it was unnecessary effort on all parties.

I was double-charged for my move and was told that I'd have to speak to the bank about the overcharge, and have the 2nd charge reversed in 3-5 business days. What good does that do anybody? Uhaul doesn't correct their own mistakes?? Also, the 2nd charge was for $25 more.

I rented a truck for Saturday. When I got to Agway to get it they told me someone took a truck 3 days ago and never returned it so sorry we can't help you. I had to call corporate and they found a place to get a truck. Those sales associates showed no consideration and didn't care. They didn't even care about the stolen truck

When I made my reservation over the phone, I was told I could have the truck for 7 hours from 1130 to 630. I didn't pick up the truck until 1240, so I kept the truck until 745. I got a call at 6 stating I was late and would be charged extra if I didn't return the truck that night. I called them at 730 to inquire regarding my lateness...i told them i picked up the truck at 1240, they verified that and told me not to worry, and that i could keep the truck until 10 pm, but it had to be returned that night, which it was The next day, they charged me for a full extra days rental and insurance, when i called to resolve the overcharge, they explained that the paperwork i signed in the store only allowed me the truck for four hours and anything over that would be charged for 2 days which was their policy. I had the truck for 7 hours and drove 49 miles and they charged me for 2 days. Three different stories from three different people and customer service stood behind that decision as company policy. The Napa auto place that I rented everything from in Plattsburgh was fantastic, but you guys fucked everything up with billing and have insisted I've gotten a refund for everything by mistake and have drained my account to pay for the fuck up... Y'all have left me with nothing because of some clerical error on your end (because I have the receipts and paperwork from when I rented my truck and dolly) and have consistently made me out to be the bad guy like I'm refusing to pay you... I paid everything I rented and because of your mess up, I'm completely screwed... Thanks a lot for hosing up my life til I get some source of income after moving -_-

The vehicle had left over cigarette ash in the tray. The blankets had been used already. The vehicle was in horrible driving condition. This is the 1st time ever receiving a vehicle from this location in bad shape. The truck needs an alignment and became terrible to drive over 50 mph.

The online experience was not as good. I had requested a 20' truck at the Coram location, and when the confirmation came back, it was for MEDFORD location. I had to call C/S and was told there was no 20' truck available in Coram - nor 17' - so I settled for a 15'. Luckily, when I got to the Coram location, the gentleman told me he DID have a 20' truck. It was a bit upsetting when the online system just threw me to another location! The Coram ervice was good - Thank You.
