They were extremely rude when we picked up the truck. The worker was disorganized and told us we could change our destination on the way just by calling. She refused to help us change our reservation, and because of that we were charged a $98 wrong destination fee, and extra for mileage.
You should let people know when they are renting a furniture dolly that there isnt a ramp on the truck so they dont waste $30 on something they cant even use
Employees were sick. Reservation clerk was rude and didnâ€™t process reservation entirely with accurate information, even though provided. The return clerk was rude and didnâ€™t provide confirmation email was promised. I likely to use again anytime soon.
I have been in customer service my entire life. I have needed regular rentals because of delivery vehicle issues. Everyone at this location has provided stellar customer service every time I have been in. Kudos to all at this location.
The customer service was great. No need to improve.
Its not good to come in to pick up a rental and wait for 10+ minutes for some one to help me.
Depth of personnel. Operation easily overwhelmed with only one counter person.
The lady who works weekends does not deserve that job as she is rude too customers.
I was supposed to be notified by email, not text. I do not have an iPhone. Their text which I was finally able to read indicated my rental was supposed to be returned at 9:00 am. This was after 10:30 am. I go the truck back by 11:00 but they were understaffed and it was about noon before the transaction was finished. I had to pay for a full extra day for both the truck rental and the damage waiver. I feel at the least, it should have been prorated. If I have a choice in the future, I will not rent from U-Haul.

I did ask a question about loading the car onto the trailer but all he said was, â€œThere you go, itâ€™s your truck and trailer, have a nice day.â€ He was trying to go home as he was just there on a Sunday to help get the new person situated. Overall though they have been very helpful otherwise.
I have called to help get a resolution to our issues and have yet to receive a call back after speaking with a representative who stated someone would call me in 72 hours. We were unable to rent the 4x8 trailer we had reserved as the taillights were not working. The next size up 5x8 was "in town only" as was the mini van. The customer service agent ended up sending us out with a 10ft truck. The cost for the truck was over 2x the original amount for the 4x8 trailer, not to mention the gas that has to be put in it ($60.00). When we opened the truck to load our belongings we were met with a soaking wet floor, standing water of about 1/4 inch that had to be dried with a mop and multiple towels. Regardless of our efforts some of our belongings still became wet. In addition to not receiving the trailer we were expecting the customer service representative (Angela) was incredibly rude! From the moment we walked in she was slamming things down on the counter, swearing under her breath, and talking negatively to us about her coworker and the company. The entire transaction took an hour and half to complete. We left incredibly disgruntled and dissatisfied.
Nothin!g I can think of to improve but I just want to say that dealing with Sheldon was a good experience. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Again, the people were great. I was given 4 days and 300 miles for $480 I went on and told them I would need the truck for storage a couple of extra days. I had the truck 2 extra days and was charged for 5. Now it takes days to get my money back. This is unacceptable

Sweep out the trailer
Can not think of any improvements. Excellent service, equipment, and price.
Staff was helpful and friendly. We were pretty tired when done and they had us in and out in less than about 2 minutes when returning the truck.
