Nothing I was very pleased with the service I received and if I need a U-Haul in the future I will use this company.
Get a service representative that answers the phone. I called "Michael" about 30 times with no response and his voicemail is full. Get new locks on the trailers or service/lubricate the ones you have. I had to swap trucks because we couldn't get the seized lock off the one we were supposed to use. We were here for an hour and a half all together trying to get the situation handled. At least the people using them are keeping them clean, I doubt they get maintained unless something happens. Zero stars isn't an option or I would have chosen that.
No one was there, site had many trucks pretty organized. Two numbers to call neither answers mailboxes were full could not leave message or ask questions. Unsure but Left keys and copy of contract in a drop box . Got email next day accepted return.
Supposed to be open till 5:30. No one was there. No one answered phone calls. Left message and no return calls. Had to use the u-haul after hours drop off. Will not rent online again.
Drop off location had very little room
The truck was fine, the man that rented it to me was great but whoever had this vehicle before me did not clean it, it was filthy when I got into it an I left it that way now if I had gotten it dirty I would of cleaned it! I did say it was clean when I dropped it off because there was no options asking was it clean when you rented this just is it clean and ready for the next person so I said yes! I wasn't getting charged for it being dirty when it looked that way when I got into it!!
The best thing about the service was the availability of a place to pickup on Saturday. Thanks.
Have an office
Manager was very helpful and friendly and was easy to work with. We were in a bind and needed to rent a car hauler and he was open on Sunday. Saved us a lot of extra aggravation.
Make it easier to find the office and show the street address in a prominent place.
No one to turn anything into. No signs for returns, no one there for anything.
When I picked up the truck it sounded like the rear end was going to fall off... had to sit at my house and wait for a mechanic to come from and hour and half away to fix the drive shaft. Very disappointed
Have someone here to help said was open but nobody here and nobody answer at the number to be called had to call uhaul and be walked through the process to get a key

NO EQUIPMENT I ORDERED. UHAUL WASTED TWO HOURS OF MY MOVE AND OVER $200 in LOST TIME AND EXTRA PAY FOR YOUR DELAYS!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Micheal's number he did not answer on 4 different occasions. Mailbox full and couldn't leave message. Did not give any directions or call day before to confirm. Micheal also did not respond to any text even after reservation was not working properly.

Truck had dirt all in it. Person running location did not communicate there was an exact time deadline to meet on the return date.
The location and the dealer were quite pleasant. Sadly, our moving day was held up during Uhaul pickup more than we anticipated. This was due 100% to the fact that when I reserved the rental, Uhaul neglected to make it known that I would need to hand over an additional $100 for "deposit". The best I can tell, after the fact, this was because I used a debit type card to reserve. Although a couple weeks before, I had $167 taken by Uhaul for the rental, this appeared to not be sufficient. The dealer was also confused when we could not finalize the checkout and had to contact Uhaul directly for guidance. This fact left me feeling that Uhaul NEEDS to make sure their dealers are aware of processes and/or changes to those processes. Luckily I had $100 cash to hand over. I was told I would get my deposit back in the same manner I paid it....cash. That was NOT the case.
Could not the office initially but remembered reading that it was in a small storage container. Michael was friendly and quick to get us on our way.
Office -a shipping container, was not open although online site said it was open hours. Phone numbers tracked to the same answering service which said mailbox is full. No return of several attempted calls. I had to download the app and do the return that way to have any confidence in the transaction. The AAA Pioneer is a creepy, isolated gravel lot, with a haphazard assortment of shipping containers and no facility other than the key return box on a pole. It looks like a place for a drug deal shoot out in a movie.
This was a HORRIBLE experience! I ordered the truck two weeks in advance. Along with an appliance dolly. I get there and he is 45 minutes late and DOESNT have the dolly. I have to pick up a dolly from another location which creates a new number and drop off location. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with moving. Hands down.
