The guy working at the store was the rudest human being I have ever interacted with. My wife and I were nervous that he would get physical. He was so confrontational it was insane. I am a reasonable person, I know that uhaul is a good company. For your own sake shut this franchise/location down. Go on google and look at all the 1 star reviews. This guy was absolutely horrible....and that is an understatement. If a single girl went in there, she would be petrified.

Location was great! What I didn’t like was that the confirmation I received after booking didn’t show the address- to find the trailer I wanted, I looked at multiple locations and when I looked there was no simple way to check the address that I had chosen. I had already left the house but your system wanted me to scan a drivers licence etc. Simply wasn’t easy ... had to call the 800 # and wait on hold for 10 minutes tomfis the info I needed.

It was one of the poorest overall experiences I've ever had with UHaul. I wanted to return to a different location and was told no, If I'm not mistaken this is one of your main selling points. The truck had a dolly mounted in it that served no purpose other than taking up space and to move it would have cost me money. The schedule was changed because truck wasn't ready. Payment options were limited, the rep was rude and uncaring about the business offering. Not a good experience at all and generally I have no issues with service

Absolutely horrific, rude and terrible location owner. After I booked my Van with uHaul, I received a call from him bad mouthing uHaul and swearing because the rep over the phone had double booked him. Then, when I was supposed to pick up the van at 12pm, I had confirmed with him if I could come after that time. He said okay. The day of, he calls me at 1145pm swearing and asking where I am. I said I would be there later as discussed. He said instead of closing at 4pm, he's closing at 12pm that day and so I had 15 mins to get there. Then, when I was supposed to bring the uHaul back, I was a little bit late due to the traffic. The owner called me, swore at me, and told me to "hurry the f*** up". Before I could say anything, he hung up. When I arrived, he took the keys from me and didn't say a single word to me. Instead he walked around completely upset and angry. All I can say is that that was one of the worst customer experiences of my life and I've worked in customer service for the last 7 years. He was extremely rude, swore a lot, bad mouthed everyone, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout my entire booking. I would highly not recommend.

We had a 1pm reservation.. And sign on the door said back in 30 min... Another customer had a 130pm reservation.. The guy showered up at 2pm...With attitude and so rude and with ZERO apologies for keeping us waiting. We were all very scared of him, Even when I had called him earlier that day he was rude on the phone. I will never go back to this location and please do not tell him about my review as he has my personal information.

- Does not give customers an option to not take CDW insurance. - Did not give proper guidance on equipment return procedures/after hours return. -No walk through of the equipment during rental. - Does not look like the contract agreement correctly reflected start mileage.

Unhappy overall experience. Firstly, I rented a 17" and was given a 15". Secondly when I called the call centre, the wait time was crazy. I was paying people by the hour waiting on hold forever for the call centre. Thirdly, I picked up the vehicle using digital pick up. It was taking a long time to verify after each picture of self and licence, etc and when wanted to speak to call centre - was waiting and waiting for call to answered. Eventually had to figure it out and I got going 45 minutes late with a smaller vehicle and larger frustration

I ordered moving blankets and they were not in the truck. Called Monday and was credited. I have already started to recommend U-Haul to my friends and family. It was a very simple process. I will not be using "the other guys", anymore. Thank you to the staff of U-Haul.

Overall our experience was a good one. The vehicle was in good condition and met our requirements. We were not warned that we would be charged for a minimum of 50 km's, however so I received 2 bills, which was confusing at first until we figured out the 1st one was for the rental and the 50 kms, and the 2nd was for the balance of the kms driven. Besides that I would recommend this U-Haul rental location. Thank you

The gentlemen at the counter with whom I rented the cargo van at stereo 1 was absolutely a great experience. For my first time renting a car, he explained in great detail the process of renting. He was very polite and respectful. Thank you Stereo 1 for a good first time.

Horrible customer service at this location. Do not go, should no longer be a U-Haul dealer. Man insulted me to my face about me and I never got any apology or rectification. Worst U-Haul experience ever, I will never use this location ever again. Stay away.

I got charged extra 45 dollars for some reason which the representative was not explaining and threatning to send my bill to collections. I will never rent a UHaul again and make sure none of my friends do either even if the competitors in this industry offer the same service for higher cost. I will be submitting a formal complaint about the fraud that was charged on my credit card. Also, the representative never asked for the permission to put insurance charges on my file.
