I reserved a van 1 week ahead of time, it was cancelled 5 minutes before the pickup time, asked me to go to a different location, to rent a larger/more expensive/harder to drive truck, required me to purchase the insurance, rep was very rude and didnt bother to explain, in the end the rep drove the exact van I asked to reserve in front of me and ran away, left me with just a key for the truck. I was also charged higher rate, it was not per mileage which I asked for, I was charged a fixed higher rate.
