I will never wish to do business with you again. Your representatives were very rude and hostile and very racist as well. He dashed my receipt into my face when I asked why I was being charged for being short on fuel. I have a photo proof that I returned the vehicle a little over half just like I picked it up. I am not authorizing the needless and fraudulent extra charges I was charged and will do the needful to ensure this. You will want to confident auditing this location because they are bad representatives for your brand. In line vicarious liability you will want to take all the necessary steps to ensure that you're not culpable for an liebel suits. We waited 30 minutes in the morning for them to clean the vehicle and we ended up being late. We did not complain. However we parked the car at end of reservation in their respective parking spot and they refused to inspect it there because their parking spots are too "far". We had to bring the truck back to their front and then go back and park it in their "far" parking spots. They said they had a "business to run" and could not go inspect it unless we brought it to the front which is a public parking lot.Shahbaz Singh S.

I arrived early, before the location actually opened, but the lady in charge accommodated me anyway. I was very appreciative.DOUGLAS P.
The lady was very nice and cordial over the phone. However was not wearing a mask when I got there in person. The key was not in the lock box (she had taken it out because we arrived later than the check in time but didn't tell me until she saw me struggling at the lockbox for 10 min). This was the first time I used the online truck share 24/7 and the experience was extremely poor. UHaul has not been able to integrate the online platform with the service provided in the location, and the result is a confused process with no clarity on what should be done in the location vs online. The staff in the location were not helpful at all, which required too much time going back to the location to figure out how to return the truck. do not recommend the location and new UHaul platform at all.babak A.

This rental experience is totally unacceptable. The only saving grace is from the help of the shop. U HAUL as a business I would rate it as poor. We (shop, my gf and myself) were on the phone with UHAUL for 2 hrs trying to sort out my pick up and drop off location. When your rep updated my booking they changed my location. The staff on the phone were unknowledgeable and kept transferring us to various departments that refuse to help and continue getting passed around. In conclusion: 1. I was late picking up my rental, 2. I had to pick up and drop off the rental 20+ km from my original location. 3. Two hour wasted on the phone with reps that did not resolve my issue. 4. Additional cost of KM and Fuel bc the rep decided to update my location without telling me. Overall I'm very disappointed with this service and will inform my friends, family and in social media to not conduct any business with u haul in the future.Brian H.

Overall experience was pleasant except for the booking time didn't correspond with the business hour time and it took awhile to go through the reservation process even though data was already submitted online. Scam alert. This place is run by a thug who stays in the back until you come back to return the truck, then he comes out to haggle you with tricks to scam more money from you. If you must rent from here (which I don't recommend), take a lot of pictures, every step of the way. Keep your dealings to min, don't buy anything at the store (STEREO1). The female employee at this location when I picked up the vehicle was outstanding, the male employee at this location was lazy, argumentative and simply the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The blankets were neatly folder in the back in the van, he screamed across the parking lot that we needed to take our "shit" in because it's a "rule", he then had the nerve to call customer service where he was informed that it was not my job to do it. Waiting for 2 hours outside this location for them to open. My reservation was for 8:00 AM. Location opened at 10:00 AM. Lost my moving window and $200 due to the delay. Terrible service.Inderdeep S.
The lady who processed my contract was kind and patient but the other guy out back was not nice at all. When I picked up my rental van I asked if I should extend how long I would use it in case I needed it longer, the lady said it should be fine and to drop off the keys in the orange box outside. I hadn't planned on having the van for more than 2 hours but since it took about 30 mins to get my contract processed, plus with traffic conditions at the time (4-6pm) I was later than expected and didn't get the van returned until close to 8pm. I received a call at 7:12pm from the man who was there (don't know his name, he was a young black male) asking where I was and I told him I was on my way. He was upset and hung up before I could even speak much. When I returned the van the door was locked so I did the mobile check-in and put the keys in the bin once complete. As I was walking away the man comes out of the building and starts yelling at me "Not cool bro" and "What's wrong with you?". I said I did my best but he then started muttering other profanities under his breath as he go into his vehicle and drove off. Now, I'm aware that people have things to do in their day-to-day lives but that kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a customer service point of view. I had a trying day moving as well but I would never treat a customer like that. I won't be renting from that location again (Stereo 1 on Highway 7) and definitely won't be recommending anyone to do so either if that's how they're going to be treated.Nicholas P.

The rep at this location was not helpful nor professional - I had difficulty finding the location and he was rude on the phone calling me â€œan idiotâ€. Then when I arrived - he did not even hook up the 4x8 trailer for me - I had to hook it up myself - luckily I had seen YouTube videos to ensure it was hooked properly but this added a lot of stress to this move. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone and this location does not represent U-Haul well (unprofessional and not service oriented).angelo D.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. when I was picking up the truck I had to deal with lots of problems such as the guy working there wouldn't come to check the gas and km which it wasn't that he printed on paper and after when we were dropping the truck off again same problem, he's there but not willing to come and check the truck, he tells me to pretend he's not there? I was so surprised and shocked at the same time with his behavior like he was doing me a favor by doing his job, I have rented Uhaul before aswell in other locations such as weston rd and Welson area and had great experience but after this horrible customer service and experience with this guy at this location I honestly dont refer Uhaul to others because even after I called uhaul customer service and there wasn't anyone out there that could explain to me why this happened and why they trust and give there name to such a people who dont value and appreciate their name. I paid for 2 utility dollies to be provided with the truck. Dollies were not there and around 3 pm we returned to location to get the dollies, but location was already closed (despite the sign saying working hours until 4 pm). We tried calling U-haul customer service, spent 20 minutes waiting for a next available customer service rep and hung up, because we had to continue moving.Jana K.
