The staff was very friendly but the truck was dirty. The last renter left trash behind the drivers seat, which I removed before returning the truck.

The representative was great even though the computer system was down and he had to pull everything from his phone. He was professional and engaging.
DONNY H.In the truck I had rented, there was a strong cigarette smell, even with the truck being at extremely low mileage (~4,000). I know those are hard to get out, but not impossible.

max M.a lot of play in the truck steering. had to constantly make steering corrections as it drifted all over the road. the noise from the air around the fully closed drivers door glass was deafening at highway speads. 1 1 total driving hours with the super loud, drifting truck was almost unbearable and dangerous.
