The first lady I talked to on the phone to schedule the rental was in an extreme hurry and really did not have time to help me completely. The people at the location were very helpful and polite.

on the weekend especially in the morning there need to be more employees at the counter in order to keep the customers from waiting for more than five mins to be help.

The only complaint I have is that upon my return I had over filled the gas amount that I should have ( it was more than a few dollars) because I looked at the paperwork wrong and I asked if I could be credited back the difference and the representative said no. Mind you the gauge was registering over 1/2 tank. I asked him if I had not put in enough you would have charged me right? Weeks prior, I had reserved a truck and I was 2 miles Under the mileage and I was not credited back the difference either ( approximately $2.00) but since that amount was minimal I didn’t fuss about it but this time it’s at least $10.00-$12.00. Not a pleasant experience. Running a business isn't for everyone. One must have organizational skills! During pick up, which was on a Saturday, the employee acted as if he did not want to be there and just went through the motions.

I like the location and the workers were very respectful and friendly but what I didn't like was how they put a hold on my whole card until the rental was turned in when they told me in the beginning that they would only hold a certain amount. I had over 10 times the amount on my card and still had to use My husband card to replace the gas because my card didn't work until after the uhaul was turned in.

To make sure the gas line is correct , because last I check it was on 3/4 of a tank and I was charged $6 dollars and something when the gas line did not move .

Another day ANOTHER SURVEY! I HAVE RESORTED TO SENDING SPAM EMAILS TO THIS LOCATION NOW TOO! 200+ bogus emails in just a few months because of some laziness. How does haul protect your privacy?

I spent 15 minutes trying to get the key out of the ignution after I parked the truck at its destination. I ended up leaving the key in the truck. When I was about to return it I spent another 20 minutes dealing with the same issue.

Have more staff . On each visit the person there was nice and polite but service took forever as we weren't the only client and we had to wait a long time.

The manager was rude and I called immediately and spoke with customer service. I was suppose to receive a call back within 3 days. Still nothing. I was also told when I set the rentals up I would get a military discount. Even if it was a local move. Found out that was not correct. Then the Manager, Ryan also questioned me about what I was doing with the vehicles.

Truck had to be swapped last minute because the one I was reserved to get wouldn't start. Not a big deal but only had 1/4 tank of gas. Pickup was rather smoothly. Dropoff was ridiculously long. Pulled into dropoff area and stood there for several minutes before anyone came out to check mileage and tank level. Dropped truck off with more gas than when I got it since It was nearly on "E" by the time I got to my new house. Waited in line with nobody at front counters. Guy shower up then disappeared before finally clearing us to leave. Overall not a bad experience but could have been better.
