This area is very bad, the building looks abandoned with the sign hanging halfway off. We felt odd just leaving the truck there as it was a completely empty parking lot with bad overgrowth of weeds and grass all through the busted up parking lot. It felt very unsafe just standing outside to take the pictures we needed to take to finalize the return.

So to start this off, this was the FOURTH place I was sent to telling me they would have the truck I had already reserved online, because the previous 3 places did not, including the place I booked it to pick up at the day before. I get to this place, and it is a burned down and abandonded building with 2 uhual trucks parked outside. Nobody there at all, instead I was told that someone would meet me there to give me the key, and the time they gave me on the phone came and went, and he was not there. I had to call the support line again, and they gave me the phone number for the guy meeting me, I called him, he apologized and said he did not know why they gave me such a close timeframe, so I guess that was not his fault, and to be clear, he was extremely helpful, and nice. Through this whole experience, I had great customer service, I am just disappointed that I had to drive all around town and was put an hour and a half behind on packing my stuff in the truck
